3rd time now that I have purchased a burner for the fire pits I have made for the family in Australia and New Zealand.
This one is for daughter in law.
Great service every time and the burner are fantastic.

Very happy with the 30" fire ring we ordered. Was exactly what we were looking for and couldn't find locally. The ease of ordering on the website was great and the shipment came quickly.....would highly recommend Starfire Direct to other plumbing companies!

Fast shipping, great product.. I like being able to order a small amount and mix the colors, sizes and shapes myself in my fire pit.. Really great selection and quality of fire rocks!

Beautiful color, I added it to a firepit that already had grey reflective glass and it matches my patio colors, I added 4 lbs ( 4 soda cans size of glass) and it was perfect! great quality and size.

Ordered from them before and had no problems, but this time I only received two out of the three items I ordered.

You have got to be out of your mind. They actually solicited a review from me after the way they treated me. They sold me a defective Infrared Heater and rather than send me a new one they told me to just dispose of it and they would give me a refund. Yeah Right! After months of hassling them for the Credit they finally gave me a partial refund after deducting for return shipping cost (didn't get shipped back at their direction) and then charged me a re-stocking fee for the unit I was told to toss in the trash. This company is an amazing joke. Funny thing is, why am I not laughing???!!!

Delivery was on time as promised . I ordered 10 pounds and had to order 5 more pounds to completely fill my pit . My fault I didn't know the coverage

I received a call telling me you would not ship to a P.O. Box. We live in a condo unit and need to know when shipments will arrive if you just really can't ship to the post office. I was told I would be notified. My notification was the doorbell and luckily I was home.

I just ordered fireglass in two different colors from Starfire Direct website. It was easy to navigate through this to find what I wanted. Good presentation on showing the size comparison of different fireglass products offered online. I also liked the big and clear pictures. It made me confident to go ahead with the purchase. Google Trust store sign contributed to it too!

I would have liked to see some product suggestions to accompany the products I viewed. E.g. I hope I had known about the FireShapes before placing the order for the Fireglass. Would have loved to buy it too if it was a single order together....I don't want to spend another $8 flat fee on another order at this moment. I will post again with a picture when I receive my order. Looking forward to it!
