Just placed an on line order

Just placed an on line order. Kim was extremely helpful and promised to get my fire glass to me in NJ in time for my event. Fingers crossed, but so far so good!
The website is set up nicely and easy to navigate.

forgot to send the included cover and …

forgot to send the included cover and the lazy susan had the wrong brackets on it, not allowing it to fit correctly. I called customer service and they responded quickly and sent me the cover and are in process of shipping me the correct brackets to allow the lazy susan to fit correctly .great personal in customer service.

Ordering was an great experience. Heather could not have been more helpful, she has great product knowledge and answered all of my questions. I look forward to ordering my Fire Glass from Starfire.

Quality and amazing service!!!

Starfire always has what we need. The one time they didn't they went and had it custom fabricated for us to meet our dead line. I am a forever customer. Never had any issues with any of my orders. Always on time.
