so far completely unacceptable

so far completely unacceptable. I bought and paid for an $899 firepit 20 day sago. so far the only action i have seen is the money being taken from my account. no notification of shipment, no tracking number.i emailed starfire to inquire on a status 3 days ago, no reply. soon i am going to reverse the charge and buy the item elsewhere. A little ocmmunicaion goes a long way, these guys don't get it.

The order you placed was for a total of three pounds of fire glass. It's not uncommon for customers to overestimate exactly how one pound of glass really is. One pound of fire glass will fit easily in the palm of your hand. We want you to be satisfied with your order and experience. Endless phone holds

Endless phone holds.
Promised a return tech call, waited 3 hrs, never happened.

Used firepit maybe 1.5 hours, fireglass is already losing color.

A very good experience

A very good experience. Did some research before I ordered so had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Spoke to Kim who was very helpful with details. Package shipped when they said it would and arrived when they said it would. Starfire Direct is a good company to work with.

Happy and unhappy all at once...

Placed an order for so many pounds of fire glass. It is beautiful and I love it...BUT the bag felt light so I weighed it and it was short 2 lbs. Since I'm paying per pound I would think this would be accurate. Getting a refund for the missing glass has been nearly impossible.
