The product showed available on website but got email saying it wasn't. Then the delivery date was changed to a later date?

I purchased an expensive fire table that was supposed to include the fire glass. The glass did not arrive with my table, I called in for glass and a week and a week later I called again and they said glass was out of stock sorry we didn’t call you. I still have no glass for an expensive fire table

They openly violate Federal and State laws by ignoring my requests to return their product back.
They don't return calls, they don't reply to Product Return forms submitted on their website. I filed BBB complaint, they didn't reply even to that.
I have not heard anything from them after I made a purchase. They didn't even send tracking information, nothing.

ALERT: This company does not stand behind its products and ADMITS they're of poor quality! Less than two years in, the concrete fire table I purchased from Starfire Direct is collapsing on itself. They ultimately explained that since my one-year warranty had expired, they could not help me. The Starfire representative further explained that since I "only paid $1,000" for my for table, it was likely made overseas and "wouldn't be expected to last very long." Good to know! Couldn't they at least arrange to haul this 300 pound piece of garbage off my property??

I never received my order even though it said it was delivered. I called up and immediately got a response that they would resend. I look forward to receiving it soon and thank them for their prompt attention.

Just completed our fireplace today! It is perfect from the customer service, online video, and live chat! Everything went according to plan. Thank you Mitchell for your help in fireglass color combos, measurements, and overall knowledge of the company’s products!

I made a mistake in ordering, now they tell me they will only refund $23.19 on an order I paid $56.25 for, charging me $21.81 for shipping for 15 lbs of stone and they did not mention where the other $11.25 is going.
