Starbucks in South Woodford (London) is getting worse by the day. Toilets are always filthy, dead bugs on the seats, dirty tables, drinks pick up area dirty and under stocked most of the times (no cup sleeves or straws most of the times). One of the girls working there keeps acting like she can’t be bothered to serve customers or to do her job in general, has this disgusted look on her face every time we walk in there. There are some team members being nice and welcoming but overall service is always slow and disorganised. Such a shame, the place has potential but it’s wasted.

We visited Starbucks and ordered toasted sandwiches and an iced peach tea. What came was a largish domed cup filled with ice, water and a shot of peach tea. Even when stirred the liquid was still clear and it tasted awful, so weak and watery. I took it back and was offered a replacement or refund. I said refund and was shocked when he refunded £4.70. Had the price been displayed with the picture we’d never have ordered one. A complete rip off.

Server didn’t not welcome me, tell me the price or say thank you. It was like being served by a manakin.
Average food and drinks, won’t be returning

Do not bother with the app. Takes your money but doesn't update the app. Went to use the app after uploading money...then told no money on it at the till. Not the first time either...!!!!!

Having been at two outlets recently I was surprised that the exact same coffee and cake worked out at £2 more expensive between one and the other with only a few miles between. The coffee was nice but served in a thick unappealing mug. The cakes although good were expensive at over £5 for 3 small slices. The decor was not fantastic in either. Overall 'experiences' weren't brilliant so sadly they won't be regular haunts.

Well where do I start!!!!
Walked in to Starbucks Dundee Kingsway. First used the toilets,which was an awful experience,toilet paper all over floor,toilet doesn't flush,and the sink was disgusting. Then when got tea,it was so hot ,had to pour half it out only to find the cup was disgusting,filthy to say the least,spoke to manager,and got a refund. The attitude of the staff,well a course on hospitality wouldn't go wrong. Everything was an effort ,can say definitely,(unlike Arnie)"I won't be back.

Today ive ordered my usual drink that id normally get when im around STARBUCKS SUTTON I must say my experience previously it wasnt impressive. I thought the service is absolutely disgusting such a negative attitude negative atmosphere unfortunately that makes u feel u dont ever wanna come back again like ever ...they are very rude with no manners not friendly at all.
Today wasnt exception shockingly awful absolutely disgrace...ive ordered a drink called Caramel Frapuchino that its made of crashed ice and some other additional ingredients collected and left obviously..upon drinking i was literally struggling to drink as ive realised that the ice wasn't crushed properly and i could see the chucks of ice through the cap and i thought maybe its just same went in there but no.. i literally just couldn't drink at all just wont let me at all...so i thought since im near by ill quickly ask them to exchange it or i dont mind to run through the same drink again to crash the ice properly...upon aproaching the place was literally empty wasnt busy at all 3 staff member were standing chatting 2 men and 1 girl inc the man who made my drink ...ive kindly explain to them that i cant drink as the ice wasn't crashed properly and for response a guy named PEDRO have literally grabbed the drink without even acknowledging it or saying sorry for that or something.. it was absolutely awful awkward situation the way how ive been treated and for my question why is he treating me like this no any acknowledgement or sorry....he said why should i say sorry and for what ...i was literally speechless the way how he didnt care at all that you could see and feel that he can get away with it, too overconfident in a way ..absolutely disgrace im disappointed beyond words..never had disgusting experience like that nothing whatsoever in my life...its a shame that in such a big Starbucks company can allow people like them to work such a rude and disgrace with no manners to represent the company...definitely wouldn't recommend SUTTON STARBUCKS branch and definitely doesn't deserve even 1*
Nobody should have to be treated this way...u treat people the way how u wish to be treated...

I am baffled as to why any one comes here, I will admit I don't call in often but...

Coffee is OK only ok but how hard is it to make coffee!? being a barista means you mix some ingredients in a cup and add hot water, It's a posh name for a job anyone can do. Seriously people it's not a blooming art form. McDonald's and Greggs coffee tastes better and is a fraction of the price.

Food is garbage, I've had more tuna in a beef sandwich than on this glorified toasty, and ginger biscuits should taste of ginger!

Chairs are dirty
Prices are ridiculously high

And every time I have visited, all the tables have one A-hole on a laptop taking up four sitting areas spread out pretending to be important.

O sorry I've just realised this is not the place for me

No greeting when we got in, then when paid for our order, they forgot to make it and stood a while before reminding them. Struggled to find a table as none of them had been cleared and the floors were needing swept and washed. It's a shame as it's a great cup of coffee.

Refusing cash at many stores now.
I'm sorry but I will not be using Starbucks anymore.
I can make better coffee myself, no longer 'convenient' and the prices are over inflated anyway. Coporate greed at its finest.

I often use Starbucks, but this will change. We went on out holidays near Hooley and there was a Starbucks near our location. On Thursday 27/08/23 I had a bacon roll! Within 1 hours of eating it I felt nauseous, dizzy, had the sweats and had a temp of 39!

Around 8 hours after eating the roll I had projectile vomiting and diarrhoea.

Now almost 4 days on I’m still unwell!

Laura in your Newcastle store opposite Central station was very rude. Lacked customer service and seemed overall uninterested. Made us feel like an inconvenience. Daniel on the other hand was much more pleasant!

Just been thru a drive thru, waited 10 mins to receive a hot chocolate, which tbh was nice, an iced coffee and 3 brownie bite! These appeared as 3 of the smallest pieces of cake 1”x1”x 0.75” with raspberry jam on top for which we payed £4.20!!! If we hadnt already left the drive through we’d have taken them back. I feel totally ripped off.

I love the cozy atmosphere at Starbucks, and their coffee is consistently good. The drinks are delicious, but I wish their prices were a bit more affordable. Still, the overall experience of enjoying a warm cup of coffee at Starbucks is a comforting treat!

Visited Popsham Starbucks on east side of A303
We were the only ones there.
The staff were like zombies. They didn't smile, just took the order and didn't say when the heated panini was ready, just plonked it on the end of the counter.
They had their headsets on and looked like they were in a different world.
A robot would have been friendlier.
The panini was not what we ordered and wasn't very nice.

The toilet door signs are a too abstract. We have had perfectly good gender labels for years, but apparently as a man I and a blob with a narrow upside down triangle.
I would have emailed my comments directly to the company but there was no easy way simply to comment.

Cavendish Square Starbucks was absolutely shocking. The worst coffee I have ever tasted. It was like hot water. I complained and after receiving a sullen rude face, reluctantly I was offered another shot of coffee. The result was still very a very weak black coffee that had hardly any taste.
The staff were very rude and were complaining how busy they had been. My wife asked for oat milk in her tea and it was absolutely drowned. Both my wife and I could not finish our drinks and walked out disgusted.
We should have gone to Costa or Prets. Never again will I go to Starbucks.
