I could not be more satisfied and grateful for this wonderful company. They are very astute with responding to any issues with prompt resolutions. I have to date purchased naming 5 stars and still have a few more to go. I will always use this company as a way to honor loved ones lost. Once again, thank you for the unwavering support and kindness that you have shown me throughout the process of naming stars for our 5 loved ones who were taken from us in the July 4th, 2025 Kerrville Texas floods. Which included our 6yo niece who is so precious to us. This way they will never be forgotten and always seen in the sky.

I have used this before the not had any issues or problems, straight forward, the information is clearly set out

I purchased my stars a few years ago and lost my certificates in a move, after about 2 years I finally thought to reach out for replacements and in less than 24 hours I had an email response including my certificates! Very happy I was able to order replacements and the quick response was awesome!

I pay for this for my wife to make you happy and got messed over it was supposed to be a gift

It was very easy to sign up. The electronic information arrived within an hour and the elegant package within 2 days. I has provided me a meaningful connection with my deceased daughter.

I was Christmas shopping and someone had recommended this site. It was very easy to follow. Once I got the email with directions I just downloaded and printed! I am excited for this present for my granddaughter. I told her I purchased her a "forever".

J'ai commandé le pack le plus cher "Duonova" en physique avec 2 cadres noirs en plus. Je suis très déçu de la qualité des produits, qui ont en plus été reçu abîmés. Les sceaux bavent sur le certificat. Pauvre plastique sur la vitre des cadres et les cadres en eux même.
Étoiles non visible (alors que pack brightness le + cher) et appli qui marche pas.
Le prix est beaucoup trop élevé pour ça. (+ De 150€ remise incluse.)
Encore un site style dropshipping à éviter (même si à proprement parler ça n'en est pas.)

I purchased a star with the impression that I was getting a physical copy. After checking on the progress I foundout that I wasn't getting a physical copy. I have gone through other places and didn't have this issue. If I wanted I physical copy, I would have spend almost as much as I already did for the digital copy. Not okay!

Went to another site and put in my coordinates, it showed my star named Titus. Thank you for being legit!

WOW! My wife loved the surprise. She said she NEVER would have guessed what was in the box. It was incredibly moving and very emotional for us both.

My niece lived the gift for her 7th birthday and it arrived a day before her birthday which was fantastic and I purchased the gift set and necklace combo on a Monday afternoon and it had arrived by Thursday the same week.
