We willen je graag laten weten dat de volledige terugbetaling direct is uitgevoerd zodra we je e-mail hebben ontvangen. In de meeste gevallen wordt het bedrag binnen enkele werkdagen zichtbaar op je rekening, maar dit kan afhankelijk van de bank iets langer duren.

We raden je aan om je rekening nogmaals te controleren en eventueel contact op te nemen met je bank, mocht het bedrag nog niet zijn bijgeschreven. Als je het nog steeds niet kunt vinden, laat het ons gerust weten — wij sturen je dan graag een betalingsbewijs of transactiecode, zodat je bank de terugbetaling sneller kan terugvinden.

Well, the "App" is much to be desired

Well, my wife was so excited about her gift until, it was time to find it.... The "App" I guess you call it is finicky at best and well after a couple "Attempts" to load your info, you're told you'll be charged??? Never found it, not paying MORE MONEY so........ Certificate looks great by the TV

I bought this as a personal gift for my fiance so that he could look at his star and remember how far he’s come.
He was SO SO happy with it, i bought the package that gives you the certificate in a frame and it had such a cute design and booklet.
I recommend 110%
