I had a very disappointing experience with srotas24.lt.

I ordered a car part and received confirmation that the order was being processed. However, after 3 days, I was informed that the item was not available after all.

I immediately requested a refund. Two days later, I received a refund form, which I completed. I was then informed that the refund would be processed within 14 days.

After 14 days passed and I still had not received the money, I contacted them again. I was then told that the refund would arrive within another 5 days.

In total, it took more than 3 weeks to receive my refund.

What is also concerning is that the same item continues to be advertised for sale, even though the company confirmed they do not have it in stock.
This experience created the impression that the company may be advertising items they do not actually have available while holding customer funds for an extended period.

After banking institutions investigated a full refund was retrieved - bank withdrew the money from Strotas24 accounts as they could not provide documentation they'd supplied goods and service - Fraud - If Srotas24 has not provided the service expected then report to your bank and request a cashback, dont waste your time dealing with them.

If you do not receive a refund or service within 2 weeks from Srotas24 raise a cashback request with your banks and you'll receive your FULL refund. Their bank withdraws the funds back from Strotas accounts based on a fraudulent transaction. Sortas24 will not refund you regardless of what in their fictional TnC.

Srotas24 has been heavily scamming customers for the past 12 months, the most sophisticated part of "company" is the 'catfish' websites, the sites (numerous spoofing addresses) are redirect, do not believe the UK, IT, NL, FR,UE county or they follow any EU standards (planned misrepresentation).

Many many customers have reported purchasing items with a confirmed transaction (Srotas24 do not use PayPal (of course)), approximately one day later buyers are contacted by a 'poorly communicating no name' at orders@srotas24 and advised of additional freight costs (mine was 300 EURO, 400 EURO total for a small part) for the item to be shipped (this is Srotas24 standard operating processes on unaware customers. I'd chosen to cancel the order after reading the staggering amount of fraudulent conduct performed by Srotas24. I was send a link to a online refund form which is poorly constructed, malfunctioning and visibly unprofessional (offering no support when highlighted),

Sadly many victims came to learn this is part of Srotas24 stalling MO and after consultation with many of their victims. Srotas24 advise they wouldn't refund without submitting their malfunctioning online form (appears to have been built in 1981). This however is redundant as Srotas24 has not refunded any cancelled transaction in over 14 months (please read their atrocious reviews). My refund has not been actioned in 3 months - continue to be advised "it will be paid as soon as possible" (they do like the cut n paste option). This further highlights Srotas24 dismal ethics, poor financial conduct and generalize thefts.

Srotas24 theft practice appears to be the foremost and only standard they adhere too, and any consumer community would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend you do not purchase items through Srotas24. Parts are sourced from various internet online platforms. Srotas24 do not hold stock, items are copied from platforms / advertised on their platform from various online vendors.

Srotas24 do not action any refund as Sortas24 do not follow their own TnC's (do not believe the 14-day refund policy its been cut n paste from another organization as discovered). Should you have purchased anything from Srotas24 in past 12 months do not waste your time reaching out to the 'no name' at orders@srotas24, contact your bank directly and local countries cyber security and theft authorities, log the incident and contact Visa/Mastercard requesting an investigation highlighting the transaction and present the 100's of Srotas24 Trustpilot reviews of fraud.

Srotas24 is located in Giby Poland and the eBay rating of 4.7 is older than 2 years (no sales current or since) Srotas24 continues posted on the website of these reviews and Trustpilot reviews are steadily falling in the past 12 months due to their fraudulent conduct.

The Polish Commercial Ombudsman and most Credit Card companies are aware of Srotas24, investigating / monitoring their theft / fraud activities. This situation appears to be the regular practice of Srotas24 past 12 month activity of fraud / scams / theft (read 100's of such reviews). Srotas24 is reported to the AUS, USA, UK, FR, IT, NL cyber security safety organizations in these countries and recently with the Polish Commercial Service Ombudsman, we can hope they shut down this pathetic organizations fraud and proceed with the criminal actions and charges soo duly warranted.

I purchased a used car headlight from this seller via their online platform. The purchase was made remotely from an EU-based company (registered in Poland).

Within 14 days of receiving the item, I formally notified the seller that I was exercising my right to withdraw from the distance contract under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

The seller refused to accept the return and refund, claiming that their internal rules exclude used car parts from the 14-day withdrawal right and demanding an “authorized service report” to prove a defect. I clearly stated that I was not making a warranty or defect claim, only exercising my statutory right of withdrawal, which does not require any justification or technical report.

Despite multiple written explanations, the seller continued to rely on their internal rules instead of EU consumer law.

This experience shows a clear disregard for EU consumer rights and places an unfair burden on the customer. I would strongly advise other buyers to be cautious and aware of their rights before purchasing.

Do not shop with this company at all. They are thieves. I ordered a product with shipping and the next day they wanted 10 times more to ship the product. I refused and wanted to cancel too get a refund. I never got a refund from them. I then spoke to my bank and they were able to reverse the payment 2 months later.

I want to write this review because I saw many negative ones, and I was very doubtful when I made my purchase. I ordered a part for a MINI R55.
The shipping took three days longer than expected, but everything else went smoothly.
The MINI part was well packaged.
So personally, I have to admit that this is an excellent online store.

Finger weg von dieser Handelsplattform! Schrotthändler lieferte Ware in äußerst schlechtem unbrauchbaren Zustand. Ein spezieller Blechhalter, der für einen Positionssensor bestimmend ist, kam stark verrostet, 2 Halte- Verschraubungs- laschen sind bereits kplt. abgerostet, nicht mehr vorhanden. Auf Verkaufsfoto völlig intakter Zustand vorgegaukelt (anderes Teil fotografiert??). Weder Rückabwicklung, noch Umtausch akzeptiert. Die Handelsplattform unterstützt solchen Betrug und stärkt dem Verkäufer den Rücken, behauptet, die Ware wäre bereits so verschlissen zum Kauf angeboten worden. Finger weg davon!! Es gibt seriösere Geschäftemacher!!

Užsisakiau filtrų rinkinį pirmą kartą internetu. Atvyko greitai, tikop idealiai. Maloniai nustebino.

Audio rinkinys puikiai veikė su gamykline sistema. Viskas aiškiai paaiškinta, adapteriai komplekte. Super sprendimas.

Bijojau, kad kils problemų su kėbulo detalėmis, bet viskas tiko puikiai. Gruntuotas bamperis padėjo sutaupyti šimtus remontui.

Servisas prašė 1200€, čia tas pačias dalis gavau už 320€. Kokybė gera, meistras patvirtino. Super vieta važiuoklei pirkti.

Rinkinyje buvo net retos detales. Turi daug ir ne tik automobiliams. Pristatymas galėjo būti greitesnis.

Perejau nuo salono prie remonto namie ir sis puslapis labai padejo. Sprogstamosios schemos ir pilni remonto rinkiniai, viskas labai aiskiai. Jų gidai tikrai vertingi.

Per karantina masina nebeuzsivede. Jų diagnostikos patarimai ir greitas akumuliatoriaus prstatymas leido greitai grizti i kelią. Mažai kontakto, maksimalus patogumas.

Jų atnaujintos detales atrodo kaip naujos ir turi tokia pati garantija. Puikus pasirinkimas, jei nori remontuoti atsakingai ir sumoketi maziau.

Vyras abejojo del internetu pirktu ismetimo kolektoriu, bet liko suzavetas kokybe ir tikslumu. Dabar pasitiki mano pasirinkimais!
