We had a great experience from start to finish with SRJ. Understandably, was quite apprehensive about such a large investment and had a few dodgy quotes and experiences from other companies before going to SRJ. From my initial enquiry to the actual install, all the staff have been so friendly and helpful. Easiest process ever, didn't have to wait long before the installation and now I couldn't be more relieved to have safe, beautiful windows and doors. The fitters and surveyor have also been exceptional; all fitted in one day, and the clean up process was immaculate - never would have known they'd been there. Really appreciate the care and service shown. Can tell its a family run business and the value had for us as customers. Thank you!

Great experience from start to finish! All the staff were friendly and helpful at each stage. The installers came early on the day and got everything fitted with no issues, they cleaned up after and showed me how to work everything and gave cleaning advice. The doors and windows look great! Will come to them again.

When we first started looking for new double glazing we called at the SRJ showroom in Rosyth. The salesman was very approachable and a font of knowledge in regard to the firms products. So much so that we asked for someone to call at the house. Darrel Gorman called on us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made some really good suggestions as to type of window openings etc which was very helpful. We have double glazed the downstairs in two parts and each time we have been very pleased with the service given from inception to completion.

We had a fantastic experience with SRJ! The team was friendly, punctual, and worked efficiently. The quality of the doors is excellent, and the joiners left everything spotless after installation. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!

This company provided us with a first class service from the original enquiry to following through with the job. We were kept informed at every stage. The sales man was informative and straight forward. The men who came to fit the windows were polite, friendly and made a lovely job. Unfortunately we had a very small problem which we spoke to the company about and within 2 days it was fixed. We would like to say a great big thank you to the 2 men who fitted the windows, the salesman Tom and the man who fixed our small problem Mr MacInally. It is always good when you get the nicest of people when you phone a company so well done the office staff.

I’ve been getting a few things done from different trades in the house recently and can honestly say that SRJ are definitely worth getting, they kept us up to date right through the process with calls and emails, the day of instalment they turned up when they said they would, the door was installed, they made sure we were happy with it before any payment was made. They also made sure we understood how the door operated and the locks worked.

They have even followed up with a courtesy call to make sure we are happy with the product.

Definitely would be using them again for any doors or windows we require.

Unbelievable experience from start to finish. Always a bit apprehensive on big purchases but the cost was well below what we expected. Attention to detail, cleanliness and overall attitude of the guys installing were terrific. We'll be back!

Two men came. Very well mannered so pleasant, explained what they were going to do. They started with covering all the floors and stairs where they were going to work. They never stopped working. No mess left, they cleaned up after them. Very pleased with the work and windows.

We were looking for complete refit of our windows and front door and were recommended to have a look at SRJWindows from a friend who had used them.
For our first meeting, Darren was pleasant, up front, knowledable and direct in his quotation process.
He also said that we would be able to get cheaper windows & doors but that in his experience they would be inferior and the backup from SRJWindows would again be excellent encouraging us to check the reviews which we did and found them to be very good!
The whole procedure of looking at design and fitment as well as explaining the windows and locking systems themselves with examples being shown to us during the consultation and answering any questions we had was handled by Darren without question.
From ordering the windows to the date they were fitted Darren kept us updated and also was happy to answer any questions we had.
The fitting guys arrived on time on the given date and were straight into removing and fitting our new windows and doors over the period of 2 days efficiently and again without any problems.
The SRJ office also kept in touch regards the follow up of replacing and touching in of exterior stonework and plasterwork that needed remidied after the new fitting process.
Darren even visited us one evening after our fitting to check everything was fine, he was in the area quoting another customer and that was a very nice touch !

We had a new Front Door fitted recently. I would just like to say from the initial choice and sound advice from the salesman, excellent.
We had a visit to the showroom on passing to have a look at the door in hand a good showroom and great staff. It was well worth going with SRJ Windows . We were scheduled in quite promptly and appreciated it.
The company communicates with you very well on all the proceedings. I was very impressed.
The fitters were brilliant, very tidy and kept us in the picture with the complete work in hand. Well Done Guys.
