Return customer. Had SRJ Windows do some work before. Efficient and friendly service - guys were great at getting on with the job in hand and very clean. After sales care good too.

I was recommended by my daughter who had recently had a new front door and windows fitted. My own front door was needing replaced and an upstairs window. I visited the showroom where I found the assistant to be very helpful. An appointment was booked for someone to visit my home. The rep was very knowledgeable and assisted me in making my final choice.
I was kept informed throughout and everything went exactly as I was told.
I am absolutely delighted with the door and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The staff have been great, from the salesman to the fitters to the after sales care it really does feel value for money. The windows and doors look great and have made a huge difference in our house. We needed a little bit of plastering afterwards which was followed up quickly and when was convenient for us.

Good experience from start to finish. Helpful sales experience, friendly and thorough survey, kept up to date throughout. Installation was trouble free, and the team not only did a good job, but were very pleasant and left everything neat and tidy. We haven’t a bad word to say.

Installation of our windows were completed in one day, beating our expectations. Staff friendly throughout the process and great communication.

Having front windows replaced, guys arrived and got on with the work. They took care in how they approach the work protecting existing flooring anad cleaning up after. Minor repairs to plaster and stone were required in the following days works completed. There was good communication all round.

The fitters arrived on time. They knew exactly what they were doing, very knowledgeable. Finished on time and left no mess. Good experience.

The guys were great very friendly and done a great job. Any mess was cleaned up too. Cant thank them enough and their singing wasn’t too bad either 😂. The staff in the office when booking the job were very friendly and explained the process and received email and phone calls prior to and after work was completed to check everything was ok.

Quick turnaround, great prices, friendly staff who respected our house and Neighbours and most importantly decent windows!
