From start to finish Sri windows kept me updated were quick coming out with samples and arranging fitting date. Installation was great the guys reassured me that the plastering would be completed within a week

All members of the SJR team who I had cause to deal with were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
The installation team arrived on time and carried out the work in a timely manner leaving no mess or debris behind.
All in all the process was seamless and delivered on time with no hastles or problems.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very informative when making our decision on front and back door and adapted design to suit our requirements. Fitted very quickly with no mess and everything tested and explained before leaving. Would recommend srj ti anyone.

Approached several window companies but most didn’t come back to me or just sent a price. SRJ responded quickly - we had a consultation which let us see the product and get a price. Then survey and installation 6 weeks later. Very happy with top quality patio doors and minor repairs to exterior harling fixed very quickly. Excellent customer service throughout and as follow up.

Had new door fitted on 17th December,this is my second installation with SRJ Windows and again excellent service throughout from all staff.

Right from the beginning the staff were very helpful advising us exactly what the process from choosing our doors to fitting would be.Engineers were punctual courteous and ensured house was clean and tidy on completion

The service from SRJ was first class from the initial home visit from the sales team, to the installation team who were very efficient and polite to the snagging team who arrived on time and again were very efficient. I would recommend SRJ to anyone looking for new windows they are so easy to deal with and are priced very competitively too. An easy 5 stars.

We had some damage to the exterior wall and this was fixed within a week. We have had calls after the installation to make sure we are happy with the work. Looked after throughout

We had a new door fitted on 5th December. From the initial call to sales adviser to fitting - all staff were friendly and professional.

The sales adviser talked us through our options in detail and made sure we got exactly the door we wanted. The surveyor was thorough in his checking of the measurements and advised of what would happen on the day and how the finished product would look.

The team at SRJ kept us up to date on all of the progress. They were clear and transparent on the pricing also.

On the day of fitting. The fitters arrived on time. They left the place spotless afterwards and advised on the aftercare of the door too.

Would highly recommend SRJ.

Having had our windows, then a french door installed by SRJ Windows over a 26 year period, we decided to have a new front door fitted by them. From the staff in the showroom all the way through to fitting, they were friendly and very helpful, great customer service. The installation of the door went smoothly and it looks wonderful, we are very happy with it.

My experience with SRJ windows was no stress very relaxed the job went as expected the 2 technicians were absolutely amazing to help and advice you the windows I got fitted were aucustic glass and it has made a big difference in nose level as I stay o the A71 Michael and Steve were fantastic the cleaned up and treated my house as if it were there on and I got great value for my money I would highly recommend SRJ windows and I would not hesitate to have them back
