Avoid!! They sent me the wrong shoe size and now they are refusing a return!

Can't vouch for the quality or sizing, as I've received nothing as yet. US customer placed an order for several items of specific co-brand clothing in September. Two weeks later I emailed and two days later was told my order would ship on 9 October. After that passed I sent another email and two days later got an answer that my order would ship on 16 October. After that passed I sent another email (note - they have no customer support phone or chat) and got a shipping notice that part of my order had shipped on the 18th, with no mention of delivery for the final item. Also, delivery will be more than a week, even though I paid for and my order clearly says UPS 2nd Day Air. An email about the extra cost shipping and missing item and - you guessed it - two business days later and I have no answer.

The product may or may not be great, but their service absolutely is horrendous.

Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs.
Placed the order online on Saturday, got shipping information on Monday. DHL tracking nr they provided was a duplicate from another delivery for Ireland earlier that month and there was no movement on DHL site for 5 days. Sent multiple emails to Sporty&Rich CS and Global E too, no help, no answers. I decided to raise it to Paypal and luckily immediately got my refund. Afterall here comes Sporty&Rich email: we processed your refund, sorry. No explanation what happened, nothing. I am just happy I got my refund so wanted to warn all of you here to stay out of this store!

I got a crew neck and the material is so disappointing, it’s not soft and it’s gets super wrinkled for no reason. The print is nice but other than that not worth the price

Ordered the sneakers from the sporty and rich collaboration. Took hours to check out since the site did not work but ended up successfully placing the order. After 1 week of my order not progressing and not being shipped out, they cancelled the order without an explanation. They probably did not have enough stock after sending too many pairs to influencers for free. My money has also not been refunded yet.

Will not order again and cannot recommend, avoid! shop at places where you get better customer service

I had paid my pack at 31.05, but it wasn’t sent!!! What’s wrong?! Why support doesn’t answer anything?

A sweatshirt I ordered was big and the customer service advised me to return (there are no exchanges) it on my own expense, which I did. I sent 4 emails since then asking to update me on the status of the refund but no answer. And after a month I found out that they rejected to accept the parcel and sent it back to me without any communication.

I've never written a review here before but feel obliged to tell others to avoid purchasing from this company after the experience I have had.
I purchased an item of clothing from them in February. It was in the sale but was still £90 + shipping. When I received the jumper, the design on the front was peeling away and not actually attached - it appears to have been glued or ironed on rather than stitched. I was shocked at the quality given the price. I contacted the company the same day to request a returns label in order to obtain a refund. I received no response, despite sending multiple follow up emails. There is no other way to contact the company.
Almost a month later and only after raising a case via Paypal, they have contacted me (via an automated email I cannot respond to) to advise I must return the item of clothing at my own cost via international tracked postage for them to review if a refund can be approved.
This is the worst customer service I have ever received when purchasing online. The goods are poor quality and a month later, I am still no closer to obtaining a refund for faulty goods. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Why does sporty and rich only show white thin athletic women showcasing their products? Very little diversity on their social media platforms? It’s sad how they market themselves and it’s 2022...

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They don't even have a customer support contact number, it's called SPORTY RICH because they get RICH on STEELING other people's money! There material is cheap and the sizing is so off for the price you pay! When you ask to be refunded they don't even refund you full amount after you've returned all items, they still keep over 100$! This is what I call FRAUD!

Really bad quality. Only worn my sweatshirt round three times and the seems has opened already. Costumer service cannot be reached. It is a shame.

ordered the latest collection which was a success and I receive an order confirmation and a week later I then receive an email that my order has been canceled. I think company has a lack of service.

Never orddeling from that Company again!!!!!!
