It's such a shame because I was an early adopter of their bikinis: I think what they get right is a good fit on the briefs, nice colours. But then the black paint on the back-clasp leaked, smearing all over my back, onto the beach towel. The toxic paint gave me a rash.

I wrote to them out of good will, but after several back and forths they decided they cannot help in any way given I have not bought the bikini directly from their webshop, but from a third party retailer. It's not just about disappointing customer service: it's about a dangerously faulty product (especially if you have sensitive skin), and bad brand image.

BEWARE. THIS IS A DROP SHIPPING SITE CLAIMING TO BE DUTCH. let’s start with the quality. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP wrapped in posh paperwork. you get better towels from Tesco value range. absolutely feel robbed by this company who claimed these were over £250 worth of towels for £97. took weeks for them to arrive and the returns is so convoluted you lose the will to live.

i intend to put this review in weekly to stop others feeling this aggrieved.

Dealing with Onia has been a total nightmare. I placed an order and quickly realized the cost was way too high, so I immediately tried to cancel. I sent multiple emails before they shipped it, asking them to stop the order. But guess what? They ignored me!

When they finally got back to me, they said the order had already shipped and couldn’t be canceled. Seriously? I reached out in plenty of time! Now they expect me to pay for return shipping when this whole mess is on them?

Their customer service is a joke—just generic replies from "Onia Team" with no real person taking responsibility. It’s like talking to a brick wall.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Onia. They clearly don’t care about their customers.

Zippers broke on first wear for fleece pants. Pocket ripped the first time I wore a vest. Do not purchase.

Gave one star since that was the minimum. Though I was originally highly satisfied with the lounge shorts I had received as a gift, once they started to fall apart after not many wearing's I became less satisfied. The quality of the stitching on one of the seams was poor and after several times washed the seam came apart with now a hole. I contacted customer service by email and was told that since the product wasn't purchased direct through the website nothing could be done. One would think that a product that is supposed to be of high quality would be backed up by the manufacturer. I can think of numerous other brands that would stand behind their product, unlike what Onia has shown. Can't see ever considering purchasing another of this company's high priced products knowing that after a short period of use they are useless.

Bought two pairs of swimshorts from this company. Wore them a few times and washed them by hand, letting them air dry.

Not even 6 or 7 week later the anglets on the swimshorts have started falling off. They are held on by what appears to be glue. For pairs of swimshorts that cost $140.00 I would expect better quality.

I emailed their customer service team and they stated that its past the 14 day return window so they won't be doing anything about this problem.

I can safely say you should avoid this company. There are better summer luxury brands out there such as Sunspel and Ripa Ripa.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! SIMPLY HORRIBLE experience! I can’t say nothing about customer support because it doesn’t even exist!!! I emailed them several times and absolutely no response! Long story short I ordered small size swimming shorts and they send me medium! I emailed support asking for return but not to be penalized $10 because it wasn’t my fault - guess what they never emailed me back. I couldn’t wait any longer so I had to return item! But I have never revived my money back !!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE !!!

I had ordered a swimsuit for vacation, but it seemed to have gotten lost in the mail. I reached out to customer service about it, and really appreciated that Jo-Hannah quickly resolved the issue!
