Do not buy from this shady company. They take your money and never ship your order. They don’t communicate.

Verkauft China / AliExpress Ware zu überteuerten Preisen. Qualität schlecht, Grössen für asiatischen Markt. Lange Lieferfristen. Antwortet kaum auf Rückfragen. Finger weg.

This company is untrustworthy. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. They charged for shipping even when the order qualified for free shipping. They will not honor their return policy because they will not respond to your request. I tried to cancel my order within two hours of placing it and they never responded. They sent the wrong size. Look at all the other reviews and you will see a pattern of dishonesty and deception.

Ich möchte meine große Enttäuschung über die Abwicklung dieser Bestellung zum Ausdruck bringen. Die Handschuhe, die ich bestellt habe, wurden erst jetzt geliefert und kamen direkt aus China. Dies ist für mich nicht nur ärgerlich, sondern auch unakzeptabel, da ich die Ware in der Schweiz bestellt habe und eine Lieferzeit von drei Wochen nicht akzeptabel ist, insbesondere bei einem Weihnachtsgeschenk.

Neben der verspäteten Lieferung stellte ich fest, dass die Handschuhe, die ich erhalten habe, leider zu klein sind.

Ich fühle mich wirklich unzufrieden mit diesem Kauf und kann nicht Austauschen

Unseriös. Bestellung wird in China bestellt und dauert bis zu 3 Wochen bis geliefert wird.

Sportique accepts orders and then sits on them. They overcharged on sales tax and ignored multiple inquiries. I filed a credit card dispute to get my money back. I suggest avoiding this type of disservice. BAD!

In 2022, I made an order with delivery to Russia. It took a long time to make out and send. Then the order hung in Fedex. They were not sent to Russia because of the war with Ukraine. Now FedEx has sent them a refund to the USA. Sportique have written to me that I have received the order and are no longer in touch. There is no trust. I don't recommend it.

I bought a highly expensive item in this website, 2 weeks passed and I didn't hear anything from the order processing. Tried to reach out the support to understand what was going on and initially they were taking one week to respond, said they were going to check, nothing happened, I sent a new message, another week passed they said the same thing: that they were going to check. Yet another week passed and I even tried to contact them by phone but it's busy all the time, never got to talk to anyone and they stopped replying for good.
Now I'm struggling to try and get my money back and felt the need to post in the only location I saw there was a reference from this store.

I bought a Punkt Clock $170 that stopped working within a year, within warranty period. I bought from sportique.com. Punkt referred me to Sportique who ask I post back with FedEx from Aust to US. Sportique sent me a label to pay to post with FedEx but Fedex tells me I need an RMA Number. Arpan at Sportique says I dont need the RMA number. So should I be paying to post the clock back to America. Arpan has gone very quiet. I will know better than to use this company again. A shame. I loved the little Punky clock when it actually worked.

I ordered 3 Brooklyn Candles thru Sportique and received them with the product box torn and boxes in bad shape. They were suppose to be gifts! I did send message regarding the bad condition they were in and have not received a response in over a week. Terrible customer Service. Will NOT ever order again!

I ordered an espresso machine from this company and after paying I have not received any updates to my order. I was charged and they refuse to respond to email, phone, calls and messages on social media pages. I highly recommend not doing business with this company. I have my bank opening an investigation in to this transaction and this company.
