Shipped the wrong product - Company non-responsive to return requests.

I canot get anyone to help me return a product that is un opened. I have sent 6 emails and left 5 voicemails

I ordered a customized ring with my name on it and a Raiders hoodie for my brother. The hoodie was poor quality and not something I wanted to give to my brother. The ring was never delivered. According to Kaylin, the ring was lost and the refund is supposed to be sent back on my credit card. However, now I am getting emails that the upper management is the one who has to send the funds back. I will never order another item from this merchant located in London. It is a scam and the products are poorly made for the price we pay.

My custom leather bag I paid almost $100 for, was bad quality. The bag isn't leather, and my name and Raiders logo are cheap stickers, not embroidered or patched. In fact, it was so cheap, the stickers peeled off during shipping, and the bag is something I could get from the dollar tree. Never again for something I can't even use.

Items were not as advertised, got a men's size shoe when i ordered ladies and got a buffalo bills hoodie instead of Dallas Cowboys. Quality is incredibly poor, and when they respond the email is almost intelligible. Will not order from here every again.

I ordered a pink and silver Cincinnati Bengals watch on May 8th I never received them on July 13th I had them to resend the order I received it today July 30th what I received was to plastic black watches. This is not what I ordered. Don't watches cost at $44 a piece yet to receive what I ordered very disappointed in this company. This is false advertisement no I did know something is to be done about it

Damn, should have read these reviews. I ordered a gift based on arrival date. Noticed that nothing had been shipped so contacted the company. Only then - after they'd taken payment - did they bother to respond that the item was actually out of stock, so they 'cancelled the order at my request' then told me to wait a couple of weeks for a refund. Interest-free loan to a company that doesn't have its shit together well enough to track inventory or contact its customers

I was gonna order from this company, thank God I did my homework. Thanks for the reviews, but I’m sorry it was a bad experience….DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I actually paid for priority shopping , ( Where is my order ???). and still no sign of the products ! I’m embarrassed to say I didn’t do my homework! The better business bureau should shut this down !!

It finally came!

Horrible response time - very unconcerned with making a mistake right. Ended up dampening whole experience of giving a gift my daughter really wanted. Will never order from them again.

This on line store is a scam. Do not order any product or use pay pal. Item ordered in November. More excuses. Management will not respond. Many attempts.

I bought a $90 NFL, it was not approved NFL, jersey. It was equal to Walmart flannel pajamas. Very poor quality. No way to return or even contact someone but offer 100% satifction. Something should be done to this company, it’s a rip off! Took 8 week to deliver too!

It probably cost him five dollars to make it very low quality. The pictures are very deceiving.

They are selling knock offs of name brands do not fall for it pictures of items don’t match what you get. Trying to return for a refund so embarrassing could not give it as a Christmas gift I would not give it to my dog.

Ich habe Handschuhe bestellt, die angeblich bis -15°C warm halten sollten. Es hat sich leider als Fake herausgestellt, schon bei -2°C und 30 Minuten draussen waren meine Hände durchgefroren.

Ordered my Winnipeg Jets sweatshirt, just received it today, took 3 weeks to get here but it was worth the wait. Awesome product.
