Website easy to navigate, delivery swift and product is good quality and a great fit

I did not get the right fit first time, but the outstanding service I then received in getting the right fit, more than made up for it.

I’m just shy of 6,6ft and slim. Spoke L+ slim, long has been a revelation. Good quality. Not cheap but that’s ok given it lasts.

The Spoke team always deliver high quality product, on time, with great customer service. What’s not to like?

My husband has been buying and living in almost exclusively Spoke trousers for years. On the whole they’re good quality and wash well - though you need to remember to turn them inside out as they have a tendency to fade. The pockets don’t last though if you actually put things in them and I’ve had to get many pairs repaired by our local tailor.
I thought I’d try the underpants when they started selling them and whilst they’re apparently very comfortable several pairs have developed holes, laddered a bit like tights do, and have come apart at the waistband.
I bought my husband a pair of the Japanese denim jeans and a hole developed in the denim on the thigh after first wear and I did get refunded as they didn’t have his size to replace them with. I’m not sure if the quality is the same as when we first discovered them.

I still have not received my package. I've called royal mail three times and they don't know what's going on either. It's very frustrating.

Great trousers and shorts and excellent underwear. Not too sure about the shirts as I think the quality could be better. Would love them to do quality socks and belts at good value pricing.

Very disappointing delivery experience. I paid an extra £15 for next-day delivery, but my order took weeks to arrive. On the first attempt I was told the driver did not have the full address. On another attempt, I was at home all day, but because it was raining I did not hear any knock at the door. The delivery was then marked as unsuccessful. After paying for next-day delivery, I expected a much more reliable service. The delays and repeated delivery issues were frustrating, and I would not choose this service again.

Unfortunately, I think something has changed. After being very happy with the quality of the clothing, which should be expected due to the price, my last purchases have been a big disappointment.

They actually fit - and the quality is great.

Fit was ok but really didn’t like the summer trouser fabric - very synthetic feel and non-breathable. Very disappointed at the price.

I love Spoke jeans and their trousers and the service is excellent. Fit is always really good. Prices are on the high side so it's worth looking out for discounts.
