I am very happy with the service from Splend. I received the car on time, and the team explained all the services clearly. The charges are fair, affordable, and good value for money.

I'm also getting good jobs through Uber and have received a lot of tips, which has made the experience even better.

A special thanks to Rohit, Abbas, and Emmanuel for their excellent support and professional service. They were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy.

The Parramatta instore team are amazing. They went above and beyond to help me understand all the details of the contracts. However, be careful of the sales team over at HQ. Especially, this guy who goes by the name Sebastian. If anything goes wrong or if any information was missed by the team they will full on deny and take no responsibility. This Seb bloke got saved by the in store team or else my lawyer would have ended his sales career. Majority of their customers are full time uber drivers and the sales HQ team think they can undermine them by talking big and get away without taking any responsibility.

Shoutout to the whole Parramatta team and especially Emmanuel. He understands true customer service. The HQ sales team should get trained by him. Amazing bloke.

I wouldn't recommend this company for a few reasons:
1. If you finish your "flex own" contract early, you don't get any benefits. You can't even get remaining services like brakes and machined discs after you finalize the contract. I'd tell current customers to use all their services before finalizing the contract!
2. I referred my friend for "flex own" but didn't get the referral bonus because they said I finished my contract before my referral even got their car. I guess I only get the bonus after he gets a car.
3. Customer service is really bad. You always have to wait on the line, even if you have an appointment. Most of the people aren't very polite, except for a few nice guys. Simon is super disrespectful and unhelpful (0 stars for him).
I'd only give 5 stars to Uday. He's really helpful and kind.
5. The insurance process is so slow. I still haven't gotten my excess money after 4 months, and it wasn't even my fault in that accident.

Very happy with the 4 yr contract. And Simon was very helpful in the finalization of the contract .

Arfat went out the extra mile to get me a replacement car after an accident. He ensured the experience was as smooth as possible, even when the Splend office was very busy at that time.

Fast and excellent service

Worst customer service. No apologies for any of my inconvenience. No willingness to help me out with my unfortunate situation. They kept me hostage in the office without returning my keys, even after I said I’ll go get the cash from around the corner to pay for the insurance claim. They didn’t even say sorry.

The smartly make agreement and we stock cannot return car until one year doesn’t matter you make money or no doesn’t matter uber block you or no They don’t care about customers …

The absolute worse company to hire a car from. After 4 months of a rent to own contract on a new Electric vehicle Splend started charging kilometres. Pumping the bill from $319 per week to over $1200, which led to my bankruptcy as a Uber driver

Stay far away from Splend. This is one of the most unprofessional and corner-cutting companies I’ve ever dealt with. Their so-called servicing is an embarrassment — the bare minimum gets done, and they act like changing tyres counts as proper maintenance. If you’re driving a EV, expect premium factory tyres to be ripped off and replaced with the cheapest rubbish they can find, destroying the quiet smooth ride the car is meant to have.

The accounts team is even worse. Stephanie and the braindead Indian lady (you’ll know who I’m talking about when you get her) I dealt with were unbelievably rude, arrogant, and useless. Zero respect, zero professionalism, and zero interest in actually helping customers. Every conversation felt like dealing with people who hate their job and take it out on whoever calls.

And if your payment fails for any reason, they don’t contact you like a normal business — they activate a loud beeping noise in the car while you’re driving like some kind of punishment tactic until you spend hours chasing them to turn it off. Absolutely pathetic way to treat paying customers.

This company seems obsessed with squeezing every dollar out of people while giving the cheapest service possible in return. Poor vehicle care, disgusting customer service, and shady tactics. One star is far too generous
