Sent the wrong order but good communication and i got to keep the wrong original sent and received the correct one in a matter of days.
Any one can make a mistake and they where quick to sort it out.

Received my item on time great price too love the colour of the sweatshirt item as described great website

Order took over 2 weeks to arrive with little communication. Clothes are ok, not great quality but this is reflected in the price. Not sure I would rush to order again.

Ordered some joggers almost 2 weeks ago they were quick to take the money from my account yet they aren't quick to provide you with any information to do with your order haven't received any emails, not a tracking number not order comfirmation email. Don't order from here not worth the stress.

Ordered on 29/12 after reading delivery would be 5 working days and it still hasn't arrived, with the expectation of delivery on the 16/01. I needed this for an event which has now been and gone.

I have to phone to them with the number provided on website and Man told me its wrong phone number.
No answer.
One month time waiting for my order, still No order and No money..

poor quality tracksuit which did not look like the photo in either shape or shade. Also, returns made very difficult at customer cost - total con. Will not buy anything from Splashy again.
