Most of the profiles are inactive.
Save your money. It's unfortunate and disappointing that most of the profiles are inactive. I also find it very disappointing and deceptive, especially for a site that is intended for a spiritually oriented community. I do not find that to be an enlightened business practice. For example, when I search for profiles within 100 miles of my location, I am presented with 64 profiles. When you sort by activity, only three of the profiles have been active within the last six months. If I search in an area of 300 miles, I am presented with 200 profiles. If I sort for those profiles with recent activity, there are only nine profiles that have been active within the last few weeks.
What is most disappointing though, when I initially posted a basic review, pointing out that most profiles where inactive, I was contacted by the ownership of the sight, telling me to take it down. I suggested refunding my money and I would glad to, but then I thought about it and I remembered one of my favorite quotes: The truth shall set you free. Keep the money. People are so hungry to authentically connect with others like them, that I absolutely believe that its very important for site like this to be totally transparent and authentic. I believe that you would attract more people with positive, authentic business practices. I wish you success.

The truth is that we allow free members total access to search as much as they like prior to, and without any obligation to ever upgrade. By withholding this important part of the whole story, you are not sharing the whole truth that you speak of, and not being transparent yourself. I offer this as a reflection back to you, based on your accusation, and ask that you take a deeper look internally.
We display last login time-frames on profiles to be transparent and authentic. AND, many that have become inactive will become active again when contacted.
You live in Arkansas, and the midwest is not generally known to be a "spiritual hub", and therefore our site reflects this, as we attract spiritual singles looking to meet their soul-aligned partners, so locations that have more "spiritual" populations are much more dense in our database of amazing members.
With that said, we invite you to give it your best shot, since you upgraded and declined our offer of a refund. It only takes one, and we receive success stories frequently. You can watch some of the interviews of success story couples on the Spiritual Singles YouTube channel for some inspiration. MOST did not live near each other when the connected on the site, but it still worked!

I make an account. I then try to log back in and it says password is wrong. Which it clearly isn't. I then go on the forgotten password option and it doesn't send me an email. I have contacted Spirtual Singles and no reply!

Questions get glitchy
They do ask alot of questions, and the system gets glitches and makes troublesome to answer more questions. The site seems pretty cool. Alot a beautiful spiritual ladies all over the globe.

There is a lot that is good about this site - the set-up, the ethos, the match questions. I feel I can tell who is a potential for me. The pricing model is great.
Some things not quite so good. Low numbers in the UK. Getting interest from the US that I don't want. Seems inconsistent how it handles age preferences.

Can't log in
Well since I'm paying for this online account and I even had it upgraded and I can now not log in on either my phone or my laptop and nobody has yet helped me with this technical problem, I can't really do anything except give it one star because I can't even use this even though I'm paying for it. Pretty aggravated by this!

login runaround — and correction
I have attempted to login numerous times on two different browsers, including Google Chrome, I have verified my credentials and every time I attempt to login I am sent back to login page.
FOLLOWTHROUGH: within a day or two they got this cleared up but I withdrew from the site because others are less flashy and work better for me. I do not think this site is disreputable, but since I joined eHarmony I note that some sites make sure to protect their clients (or guide clients to protect themselves — and remind them to do so). match.com? phooey! I got what was almost surely a bot with a pictures of a Russian model. This site seems legit, so if it works for you, fine.

Disappointing
It's not the The company. It's the men on the site who never respond even when I do the responding. There are very few men even in Arizona that I live in. I have been on your site for many years and it's the same every time I go on. No response, no interest. It makes no sense to me that if you're on a dating site, you would choose to at least respond kindly to those that you reach out to. Which have been very few. So disappointing. I'm sorry to hear that not enough men have been replying to your messages. You're right, that part is out of our control, although we always encourage members to respond, even if it's a polite 'no thank you'.
We do highly recommend expanding your search preferences outside of Arizona, as the majority of our success stories start out being long-distance. It's usually when people realize that their soul-aligned partner probably doesn't live in their area, that they meet someone elsewhere, and it works! I wrote you an email about this, and included a link to the success story interviews on YouTube for some inspiration. It really does work for many, and it only takes ONE! :) We are rooting for you.
The down side is your site is…
The down side is your site is essentially attracting people who are calling themselves spiritual but it's largely basically just another form of disassociation and bypass. Just another escape, ie, "I'm a dragon being/ Unicorn, I'm a violet light being who has transcended the world", etc.
The plus side is that people have a way to find unvaccinated people which seems valuable.

It seems to attract more conscious people so if this is what you're looking for...
I really appreciate the fact that you can reach out to members with a smile and if they respond to you with a written response you get to respond back to them. This is the only site I've seen that allows this for a non-paying member. The quality of people that visit this site is pretty much unsurpassed. It's a compliment to my relationship to the world.

Need better control of scammers using their dating site to scam people. Wish I could add the scammers photo and the photo he stole off the internet. He thought he found a dumb old lady...he was wrong.

Thanks for the feedback and we are sorry that you encountered a scammer. We do have a team that manually reviews every single new profile. We catch almost every scammer that tries to join, but a few do get in, as they are getting more and more clever these days (and they use AI). We also have certain tech tools to help the approvals team identify scammers.
We do have a "Report a Member" option under the headshot that we would appreciate you using if you encounter any others (and please alert us to this one if you haven't already).
We have a team member dedicated to reviewing and responding to member reports. We take this very seriously and would love it if you would consider editing this review now that you know some of what we do to keep the site free of scammers. It's a huge job and we do work very hard and mostly succeed! :)
