My order was not updated so I couldn’t see status . Have some problems with contact from the beginning (mail) but at least I could chatt with them so I get the status and the delivery come to me and I was pleased.

The service was great and i wanted to buy more but you have raised the price so much in a week that i sadly wont be ordering any more.

I am very satisfied with the service and fast delivery to Sweden. Tried to track my packageat DHL but it came with Schenker in time so I`m glad.

Took a bit too long from the order was paid until it was picked, but other than that, super😁

Very disappointed as it was the first bottle to start my collection. The tin was dented and scratched,the small label had fallen off and stuck to the big label which resulted in the ink coming off when I peeled it off. I expected better for the price. It's a shame because I was going to add the grenade bottle to my collection,now I'm not so sure.

The website suggested delivery within 2-7 days, it’s now day 16 and my delivery hasn’t arrived. This is shocking. I know that DHL have been involved and tracking my delivery has been difficult to say the least. I’ll not use you again

this is by far the worst experience and service i have ever encountered online- it has caused me so much hardship and the issue hasn’t got resolved yet!!! I STILL NEITHER RECEIVED MY ITEM NOR A REFUND THAT I ASKED FOR!!! after ten days of ordering the vodka and no trace of shipment i emailed the company to ask where my item was but no reply whatsoever! i consequently emailed three more times and still no reply to this moment- Then tried desperately to call the telephone numbers on their website to ask what the hell was going on, but none of the telephone numbers has worked! they all say “you can’t connect this number at this moment”!! So i started to believe this has been a scam website and was thinking of how to report them to an online police watch and now this morning i receive this trustpilot to write about my experience!!! I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT EITHER A PROPER DELIVERY DATE OR MY IMMEDIATE REFUND!!!! This is absolutely outrageous and i am willing to take whatever legal rights i might have to make a serious complaint about this ghastly untrustworthy company! so people run away from them as you might not ever see your money nor your purchase!!!

Fast delivery, everything was securely packed. One item was missing, communication with seller was good and refund was given fast as well.

Fantastic way to purchase drinks that's you cannot get in store. We were on a cruise in May 2023 and we were drinking Bacradi lemon and when we came we could not find in our off license shop so we ordered online. Fast shipping and will be ordering again. Also very good communication through emails. Thank you.
