Ordered 2 bottles a couple weeks ago but never received anything. After a week of no communication, I tried writing an email to them wanting to cancel my order, but no reply.
I tried calling them on the 24/7 support, but after listening to the waiting music for 20 minutes I gave up.
I tried writing them via the form on the website, but guess what, no reply.

However, they were quick to withdraw the money, so I'm left feeling pretty scammed and left in the dark.

Conclusion, stay away from these scammers.

This is my second order on this website.
Each time, I am thinking "this seems to good to be true", and each time, the bottle gets delivered at my doorstep with no issue whatsoever.
Please keep it up!

False advertising of product - product shows online what they sell and you receive different logos (not good for collectors)

made a second order for my boyfriend because he also could not get enough of the good value and decided he wanted some drinks. once again second order was incredibly well packaged and all bottles arrived in perfect condition. delivery took around a week. would recommend highly to order here especially if you are in the EU!

I used Spirits 24 as they were a trusted supplier i had had a bad time from one supplier who did not supply and told lies about shipment and told me that they had broken the bottle i had ordered and told me to get back in touch with them for a refund no such thing they could not be contacted so therefor SCAMERS

Very happy!... Eversince Brexit I have been unable to source my favourite rum ( Belmont golden ) from Europe ( used to get sent from Germany ) as not available anywhere in the UK .

The product is fine, just frustrating when you’ve paid.£25 delivery which should be 2-7 days and it turns up 3weeks later with no apology.
