I recently purchased an Audi A3 S Line from this dealership, Andrei displayed excellent customer service skills and was a true professional throughout the interaction. He made sure everything was ready for me to view the vehicle and got through the paperwork swiftly and accurately. The dealership itself had an incredible range of cars on display and the entire showroom was immaculately clean, I was very impressed with the relaxed atmosphere and the attentiveness shown by all of the staff who I interacted with. As far as buying a car goes, this was a 10/10 for me and I would confidently recommend paying this dealership a visit.

AVOID…. I called up to enquire about a Mercedes c class, the guy on the phone said I could pay a deposit but the keys where not available as a problem with the key safe and he would get back to me later that day which he didn’t, I had to contact him again and again. The photos showed two keys for the car but it only came with one he said the other key was lost! Sorry how can you lose a key when you are a dealership very concerning! and he would not reduce the car to cover the cost of the extra key, I asked to speak to a manager and he wouldn’t allow me to said he wasn’t in and he would get him to call to which of course he hasn’t! I personally feel he was sexist and as I’m female just fobbed me off as my husband has dealt with other car dealers before and they have been fantastic but as for me was disgusted by the treatment I recieved. I had to request my refund three times before I got it again he thought due to me being female it didn’t matter. Shocking, poor, worst car dealer I’ve ever dealt with. Do not buy from them

I recently purchased an Audi A6 from Spire Cars, the car is great and the service I received was the best. I would recommend buying from them.

I went to see a bmw x6 , looked fine they threw all the paperwork in front of me expecting to go throw it all myself.

Didnt tell me that the car had a mot missing for over a year , god knows what was happening with the car in that period.

I only found that out luckily when i went home and checked online.

They refused to return my £1,000 deposit and were very rude to me on the phone.

If you want to be treated like a worthless person then these are the guys to go to.
Swindled me out of 1k by trying to sell me a dodgy car

I bought my Mercedes e class cabriolet from Spire Cars just over a month ago, Their service was great, They went over and above to ensure everything was perfect. They were efficient, pleasant, always at the end of the phone and ready to help. My experience with these guys was great and I would recommend buying from them.

I bought my Mercedes CLA from Spire Cars just over 3 months ago, Their service was great, They sell quality cars. The car I purchased was prepped really well and ready to be driven away. my over all experience with these guys was great and I would recommend buying from them.

I wouldn't trust them as far as i could throw them,
Easter weekend, I called and booked a slot to see a car for next day, and on the next day before I leave my house I called to check if the car was still available, and they said yes we booked you in. After 1 hour and half driving to them, when I arrived and inspected the car, I was told that the car has been sold about 15 minutes ago and they can’t help me.
when I was talking with the owner, he said that he is the one who answered my phone calls and booked me in but he cannot help me and treated me like trash, he was so rude.

I don’t mind that the car is sold but how can I trust their word if they already misinformed and mislead me. What about all them promises they give when selling you the car (e.g warranty and extended warranty and 7 days money back guaranteed). All this is worthless talk from this company if the owner cannot keep his word.

Wish I found some review like mine to help me when I looked at Auto Trader Or Google for review.

I don’t normally write reviews but the team here were great! Made the process really easy, worked with my finance company and made the entire 2 hour round trip worthwhile and really enjoyable, better than purchasing from Mercedes as I did with my previous car! I would definitely go back there for a future car, thank you guys!

What can I say about Spire...? Simply put, a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. No pressure sales approach but attentive throughout. We were able to negotiate on the price of the purchase of my new A200 whilst getting a great price on the trade-in of my old A180. The owners of Spire went the extra mile in providing an excellent service ensuring I bought a car I could fall in love with and enjoy many miles of hassle free driving. If you're after a prestige line car, then Spire Cars is the place to go - I'll be back in a couple of years time for my next purchase! Thanks guys :-)

I bought a 200 series Mercedes from this company at the end of last year 2019.
I found the two brother owners always very obliging and helpful.
I have subsequently revisited the garage on a few occasions and they were always friendly, and accommodating

Worst car company dealt with. They buy accident damaged cars, dress them up and sell at the same price as forecourts or main dealers. I bought a 3 year old one owner BMW 640d from them and right from Day 1 had problems from bulge in the tyre to missing trims in the door, pointing to a damage repair and the worst vibrating drive ever in a luxury sports car that is supposed to be 3 years old.

The car was never right for the 2 months I had it and sold it at a £5k loss. Avoid them at all costs!

I wish I had seen a review like this before buying from them.
