Bought a toy that immediately wouldn't work. I emailed the company and the response was subpar at best. I called the company. I was placed on hold twice and told I was expected to video the product and would be sent info and where to drop it off or have it picked up and then I would get instructions on what to do next. I complained and was put on hold again and told a manager would get back to me in 24-48 hours.

Spin Master have removed any kind of support for Meccano Meccanoids to the extent they won't even leave vital server links in place so that their Meccanoid App can function. After complaints outlining my issue, I get a generic response wiping their hands of any responsibility - and for a product that is still sold on Amazon and Ebay.

Einen Kundendienst gibt es nicht. Man kauft die teuren Spielzeuge und wenn mal ein Teil verloren geht, gibt es keinen Ersatz.
So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt!!!

My daughter got a Gabby Dollhouse without the included Gabby-doll.

I track out to the company because they made the mistake. Their answer is, that they cant shop to my country - how are there toys ender in Denmark in the first place then! Bad costumer service.

Nepotism. At it’s finest and tiniest of thinking. This company has slowly pushed out people and “absolved” positions for almost two years. Multiple people in 2021. Even more in 2022. And then again in 2023 and 2024. If you’re shutting down an office or a branch do it the right way. Don’t string your employees along to cover up your higher up mistakes. Just close the office. Or transfer your employees. You have done a fabulous job of doing stuff the American way. Aren’t we supposed to be a Canadian company? Charming. I love it! Someone has been stealing from the design department for a while now.

Imagine it’s Christmas and your 2 y/o gets an amazing Prayer Bear. She’s instantly in love with it, leaving all her other favorites behind.

She won’t do anything without her new bear. Then the bear stops working less than a month later.

Eager to get her bear fixed/replaced I contact Spin master with my problem. They advise to send proof of purchase and they will get it taken care of. Do as I’m told only to be met with sorry we don’t have it anymore let us offer your daughter something else.

I explain to them why something else won’t work, I explain the attachment to the bear for my daughter, they then offer me 2 new animals. They apparently aren’t listening or have never had a kid bc their solution isn’t viable when my is attached to what she had not what they are trying/want to give her in replacement.

Some might say well at least they offered you something but something that isn’t her bear is actually nothing so they offered nothing. I explained the bear is still available at many retailers yet there is nothing they can do to stand by their product.

I will end up having to purchase another bear that I hope will last longer than a month. This is the last thing I want to do as there products are unreliable but I don’t have a choice when my daughter wants the bear she wants and fell in love with.

Founders and all were copied on these emails and nothing.

Buyers/resellers beware. Spin master makes $hitty unreliable products and does nothing to stand by them. I pray your kids don’t fall in love with any of their products because they will soon be disappointed with no resolution.

Appalling.

My son got a Paw Patrol Tower for Christmas and 2022. This has barely been played with and now the ramp will not open. The handle appears to have disconnected. Spin Master are not interested as they say it was ‘manufactured a while ago’. I received some patronising comment about how I should open it on a flat surface which would not help with the issue.

I have a very upset four year old who cannot understand why it won’t work anymore when he knows he looks after his toys so well.

Thanks Spin Master. Never again!

From an environmental perspective, a large lump of plastic to go to landfill!

Adventure bay bath set car is not waterproof, absorbs water and leaks battery fluid into the bathwater and potentially a childs mouth.
Do not buy this product.
I have written to their marketing manager but no response.
A child could die!
This product must be recalled.
Amazon and all major retailers sell this product.

bought air hog sky master stunt plane for grandson @ discount store new in box. removed from box installed batteries plane wouldn't charge called for support was told discontinued was given a 15% off coupon now I'm out $55.00 and they want me to buy something else from them wouldn't buy anything they sell there rip=off experts !!!!

Was just given the Opportunity to gift the nickelodeon papatrol marshall's elephant vehicle a try and review, so here it goes. It's a great little toy and I know the little one is gonna love it. The little trunk moves in and out by the touch of a button aka The lights on top there's also a little louder that comes out. Marshall could be a little bit bigger, but is absolutely great. So can't wait for christmas mornin.

We received a set as a present, one of the parts was not as described in the manual. As it was a vital part we were not able even to start assembling the set. After back and forth with the company, they ended with "since [the set] was manufactured a while ago, the item is not eligible for a replacement". Not very helpful at at. LEGO they are not.
After I share my one star review with them, they send me a replacement set. So updating the review to 3 stars to reflect this. It shouldn't be that difficult. But thank you for righting the wrong eventually

After 11 months, my sons RC Monster truck starting behaving erratically and not responding to the remote control.

Contacted Spin Master, provided details and they sent out a replacement vehicle within 10 days. Perfect service. Thanks.

I recently bought a Gabby dollhouse. A part broke. This part is not for sale separately. I have sent an email and asked them if they can help me with this and they did. They will send me the broken part. The email exchange went quickly and smoothly.

I bought a puzzle from this company with a piece missing from it. I sent them an email asking if there was a way to obtain a new piece because I know some company’s can do that. They sent me back two different links instead saying that those could help me. One of the links didn’t exist and the other literally sent me back to their email address. So I figured maybe they made a mistake, so I emailed them back explaining the situation (I also included a screenshot of the invalid website) and I forwarded/attached the previous emails for context. They emailed me back once again but this time saying I was blocked and to not contact them again.

Wir haben heute das Challenge Set für ein Geburtstagskind gekauft. Als wir mit dem Aufbau begannen, hakte es bereits ab Schritt2. Der eine Bügel ließ sich noch montieren. Beim 2 ten Bügel war der Sicherungsbolzen bereits in der Schale verankert. 30 min voller Versuche später musste die Zange ran. Nichtmal die schaffte es den Bolzen zu lösen. Wenn man Kinderspielzeuge verkauft sollte man sicher gehen dass man die Sachen auch wieder auseinander bauen kann. Vielleicht hat sich auch ein Mitarbeiter einen Spaß erlaubt und den Bolzen eingedrückt in der Vorraussicht dass sich jemand mit diesem Scheißdreck sehr ärgern wird! 40 € mal eben verbrannt und ein weinendes Kind zu Hause. Toll gemacht!

Very poor customer service. My son got a Meccano set as a gift for Christmas which was faulty as one small metal plate was missing. The response was it was old stock and they wouldn't provide the part -not that they couldn't, but they wouldn't. However it is faulty and an 8 year old has little interest other than in the toy. The small mindedness of the response misses the point this child might want a toy that actually worked, rather than left with the impression this is a poor uncaring company.

Superb service. We got a Rubik's race for Christmas and it's been a huge hit, the whole family love it. Sadly one of the tiles got lost, I contacted Spinmaster to ask where I can buy replacements, I got an email back within an hour telling me they are sending one out and to expect to receive it in 10 days. Truly amazed and impressed. Thank you

This is the most pathetic company I have ever dealt with so far. I purchased close to $300.00 worth of plush from them and had a defective couple of pieces. I sent the pictures to their rep to prove the damages. She told me over two months ago in October that I should be getting a refund of $26.46 for the damaged items I had received. She has even sent me a credit memo. Two months later, I still haven't received this credit in to account. What a bunch of losers to conduct any business with. It seems like this sort of behaviour is their common practice. Shame on them to rob small businesses like this.

The puzzle box says easy to pick up & hold large & extra thick pieces.

They were not easy to pick up, actualy tabs got foldded when trying to pick up the pieces, they are not thick at all, bad representation of it's content

My husband recently bought my son a Tech Deck skateboard. As my son was opening the package, pieces went flying. We searched and searched and found several of the missing pieces, but not all.
I contacted customer service and they more than made it right for my son. My husband and I were very impressed. And my son and his friends are loving playing with these skateboards.
