Je moet er soms wel een tijdje op wachten omdat ze het van ver verzenden (Portugal volgens mij), maar de kwaliteit is wel consistent goed. Ik heb een aantal 1:10 beeldjes van ze.

Ils vont me rembourser sauf qu'entre temps l'euro à perdu de la valeur face au dollars et je vais donc perdre de l'argent sans avoir rien demandé, ne commandez jamais directement sur leur site passez par des revendeurs de votre pays.

Purchased a in stock statue on 2/12. After waiting patiently for shipping info for 2 week I reached out to ask when it will be shipped. They replied that it is now out of stock and they can refund the money. They said the refund will take 10 business days. So I guess if I didn’t reach out they were planning on keeping the funds. 10 business days to wait in a refund for something I purchased 2 weeks prior. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend and will not buy again. They item I purchased still shows instock on website so I’m assuming this is a common practice with them.
They won’t cancel my preorder
I’ve been trying to get them to cancel a preorder and they refuse. I’m not asking for a refund but they keep saying that there’s no obligation to complete the order… like it won’t charge the remaining amount… I swear it’s fraud. I’ve clearly asked them three times to cancel the order and this woman just keeps being more of a jerk. Do NOT buy from iron studios directly. At least on Sideshows website you can cancel an order.

Cuando Guillermo Del Toro ganó el Oscar por Pinocchio, él recomendó en un Twitter a Iron Studios que vendía la estatua de Pinocchio y Gepeto autografiada por el mismo Del Toro. Yo hice la pre-order pero nunca recibí la estatuilla. A los 15 días de haber ordenado y pagado, en la web aparecía que estaba en camino de ser entregada. Pasaron varios meses y no llegaba, cuando les reclamé dijeron que debido a la alta demanda aún estaba en el área de manufactura en Brasil, eso estuvieron repitiendo hasta que me cansé de reclamar, nunca me enviaron la orden. Son una burla, unos estafadores totales. Sin embargo en otras tiendas online aparecía la escultura diez veces más barata y con entrega en dos días, es decir que Iron Studios me robó descaradamente y con el apoyo de un ganador del Oscar. Qué vergüenza!

So you go to the iron studios website you see a sale on and you place your order when your item arrives in the uk iron studios will mark it as a full price statue so you will pay full price import duties not the sale price . Just something to be aware of it's iron studios being lazy and making more of a profit by us in the uk paying full price import duties so that bargain your looking at isn't so much a bargain
SCAM ALERT: Damaged Goods and ZERO Customer Service - AVOID IRON STUDIOS Rating: 1/5 Stars (If I could give zero, I would.)
This is not a review of a minor issue; this is a WARNING to all potential buyers. Iron Studios shipped a severely damaged, premium 1/4 scale statue, and then demonstrated a complete failure of customer service by actively ignoring all attempts at communication for over three weeks.
The Facts (Order #4312 - Deadpool Legacy 1/4 Scale and others):
This is not an isolated incident; it is a serious failure of quality control across my recent purchases:
Deadpool Legacy 1/4 Scale (Order #4312): The statue arrived with a major flaw: the base was BROKEN before it was even packaged. The broken chunk was loosely wrapped to conceal the damage, suggesting someone in their packaging department knew it was defective and shipped it anyway. Furthermore, the statue had severe fitting issues (stuck foot pin, loose sword).
Companion Wolverine 1/4 Scale Statue: This statue also arrived with a defect; one of the claws was loose and falling out right out of the box.
Weapon X 1/10 Scale Statue: This smaller piece suffered from the same assembly failure with a faulty leg pin that prevented proper mounting.
The Failure of Customer Service: I emailed Iron Studios about the major defect on September 11th. I sent an urgent follow-up on, and a final notice on. I have received ZERO response to date.
Because Iron Studios failed to respond, I was forced to spend my own time and effort repairing all three faulty products just to make them displayable. They have shown that they do not care about quality control and, more importantly, they do not care about their customers once the payment has cleared.
If you are considering buying a high-end collectible, understand that if it arrives damaged (and based on my experience, it likely will), Iron Studios will take your money and disappear. You will be left with a broken product and no support.
DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY with this company. Their premium price does not buy you premium quality or even basic customer respect. Spend your money with reputable manufacturers who stand behind their products. BUYER BEWARE.
Site Issues and poor customers service
I had at least 4 pre-orders that I had deposits on directly through the Iron Studios site. When they items came in stock I did NOT receive any emails indicating the items had become in stock - looked in my junk mail and never saw them there either. Of course Iron Studios says they did send notifications, but I have my doubts since nothing was in my junk mail. If they did send, it was never received for all 4 items - what are the odds of that? I would note that their were previous pre-orders that I did receive notifications, so more indications the problem was on their end. I also check my mail settings and they were fine. More like a system issue on their end, as I was receiving all my other emails. They have messed up in at least one other past transaction with me as well unrelated to the above issues, but it shows they have or had technical issues, which seems like a common issue from other reviews I have read. I would never order directly from them ever again. Those deposits I had on those pre-orders - lost and they would not even grant me credit towards other items, so I lost the pre-orders and the deposits. Horrible customer service when it is clearly something wrong going on, on their end! Most of the products themselves I like, as I like the detail and scale and the quality for me as been pretty good - but I will not order directly through them ever again. Honestly as well, their points program was or is not that generous and then there is shipping costs. You are better off ordering through places like BBTS or Entertainment Earth and others. These issues have been approximately within the last 3 years.

Horrible company. Ordered a Jurassic Park figure and after 14 days with no communication at all, I decided to ask for a expected delivery date. Now the item suddenly is unavailable and I would get a refund within 10 business days.
16 days has now passed and no refund yet. What a disgrace - never again!
Con Artists
Customer service responds vaguely and then never again. Ordered a figure in Feb. Says on its way as of July 16 but they refuse to send me a copy of the tracking information. I have been robbed.

Update to this:they finally reached out and refunded the shipping cost but it wasn't the most smooth process. I hope they clean up their mess and rebuild the customer success team and customers confidence in them.
Extremely frustrated with the current state and the staff of the company. It used to be great and had great experience in the past. The support staff used to instantly resolve issues and take care of the customers. Recent orders have been delayed to begin with. The last one was just a nail in the coffin where my order was shipped to a wrong address and then on multiple attempts to reach the team, it was unsuccessful. Finally I did end up receiving the order but had to pay taxes twice. The best they did after 2 months of reporting the issue was offer me 15% off,,, never ordering from them, they can keep the 15% and enjoy it,

This is the worst company I have dealt with. I ordered an item in at the end of November for a Christmas gift . When wrapping before Christmas , I noticed it was not the right item . I emailed costumer service and they replied they would look into it. A month later, no follow up so I emailed again. The response was I received the correct item. Then the same day I received another email stating I indeed had the wrong item. They asked me to send the item back and that they would send the correct one . If I send the the item back, I will probably never hear from them again . Do not spend your money here. Bad costumer service.

I ordered a statue, stock was ok and also paid money for a preorder item. I am from europe,so i thought it will be a good idea to order at iron studios europe, and till the end i didnt know how much shipping costs they will calculate or from where they will send items. in the end it was an enourmous amount. after one month without no change in delivery status i asked them whats going on. This is when they told me, there was an error in their system, the statue isnt available anymore, i will get my money back, after that i never heard anything from them, after numerous trys to contact them, because there was no refund at all. Gladly i paid them with paypal and after complaining there i finally got my money back. Keep your fingers away from this fishy, strange company

I bought a She-Ra statue which arrived with a stain on her forehead under the tiara. They refuse to fix it or send a replacement which is what they should do with a resine statue this expensive. Never again I’ll buy from them.
To run away
To run away, you place an order, a month after no news. Yet the site states that the order is still in progress. You call customer service by e-mail to ask them for explanations and they say "no, no, do not worry the order is taken into account and I am running"
Be careful, they sometimes take a week to answer you or forget you too.
Ask you again to check (because the status of the order still does not change while the delivery date has expired) they tell you in the end " ah mince a bug. We’ll give you your money back. See you soon"
What did I win? Nothing, I lost time (more than a month almost 2 months), the figurine I wanted is no longer available.et I had to do their work for them and report a problem on my order myself otherwise I could wait long.
Customer service is nil and worthless. Are not merchant and hope you will still buy from them.
So for me it’s over, worst seller ever. I do not recommend buying on this site. Run poor fool.

My parcel was not delivered (but the money on my account was debited). No answers since two weeks. Very sad of this

They started selling statues at 150 dollars/euros and that was their quality. 1/10 scale statues of average quality, nothing more.
Then, who knows how, they got licenses and then they raised the prices probably to cover the costs... but the quality has not increased, on the contrary.
They continue to sell 1/10 scale statues but now the prices are those of 1/6 or even 1/4 statues... and when they arrive at your home they are often damaged because the packaging is very poor.
In addition they are late on deliveries by months or even years in some cases... many suppliers including me have stopped ordering their products and I would not be surprised if one day I woke up and it was told to me that Iron Studios has declared bankruptcy and left many collectors high and dry.
Do not buy from these brazilian slackers.

A terrible company with shady tactics. They do not give you any idea of shipping costs when preordering, then when your item is ready hit you with extortionate shipping prices. When you query it, they ignore you. They don’t respond to emails. Would never deal with again.
