Horrible customer service. They do not make returns.

I received a pair of pants and they didn’t fit plus the material was not what I was looking for. In order to return an item, you have to email them. I reached out and they offered me a discount on my next purchase. I politely declined and restated that I wanted to return the pants for a full refund. They wrote back suggesting that I get the pants in a different size or give them to a friend and offered me $10. I wrote back again requesting the return info and a full refund. This should not be a negotiation. So frustrating.

I ordered pants, size small and 2 people could fit in them. There's no response as far as returns. There's no invoice or label in the pkg. and their website is in Chinese. PayPal has had NO luck contacting them. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered 2 pair of the low rise pants. They are too small and I'm trying to find someone to give me a return address. The phone number provided doesn't work. I was SO Stupid to order from this company!!

This company is in the business of taking your money and giving nothing in return. I paid for a product that I never received at the beginning of March. I provided documentation from the USPS that the package was not delivered to my address but an address in another state. Buyers beware!

Need to add a sub O for a review !! The absolute worst customer service experience EVER!!!! Clearly, they don't care from the hundreds of complaints... just be warned and shop with them at your own risk and God forbid you need to make a return.... it either wont happen or you have to literally get legal involved to get your money back !

If I could rate a 0 or lower I would! I ordered 2 pair of jeans thinking they were Judy Blue based on the advertising for $75. WRONG! I ordered tall, they send me SHORT. When I contacted them via email they offered me $13 and a 30% off coupon! When I refused that offer they said I could return at my expense. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I will go to the ends of the earth to warn people about this SCAM!!!

Lonnnnnnnnggg delivery time. Not sized correctly. In dispute for a return authorization. Although the return address is Queens, NY, this parcel oringinated in China. Third time this year I have ordered from China with nothing but agrivations. This IS the LAST time.

Size Xsmall was huge! Like an 8-10 womens. Was advertised as tight/stretchy for a 5 ft 3in women. I requested to receive return instructions as they offered nothing smaller, and twice they said no return (give to a friend)?!?! Does anyone know how to return??

Never received my jeans that I order, and when I check for order updates - it shows no order update. It's a scam. Wished I would have read reviews before ordering.

I ordered on Jan 1st. My package was stopped at the post office because of a fraudulent packaging label sent back, and Gochumbo has not returned my money yet.
Support is waiting on logistics however they know I never received my jeans.

Do not buy from this company!! The pants I received did not fit they were extremely long and low quality. Not stretchy as advertised. I asked for a refund and didn't get a response. Horrible customer service..

Ordered an item off gochumbo. What arrived was not what was advertised. It is not the correct brand, color, or fit. I contacted them and they offered me a 20% off coupon on a future order. Why would I order a second time from a company that obviously misrepresents their merchandise?

This was the worst experience, bought these jeans off tik tok, and have been trying to return them, because they were not like the jeans in the Viedo. They state They will refund me $ 7.00 if I keep them, and proceed to tell me ads colorations of the product have been modified. They were not the color I wanted, and they were cheap jeans. Walmart sells better quality. I will be reporting them to BBB. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered the Oprah favorite jeans.... Huge mistake on my part. I will accept my fault in this this but they were awful just so you know do not buy them anybody. You will be disappointed. Hugely!!!!!

I need to rerurn! site states there is a return policy, however all my emails to customer support are bounced back & undeliverable!~??.. what a horrible company, why bother ? Do you sleep well at night with all the money you've scammed?, I would hope you have horrible nightmares. All I need is a bigger size, for gods sake, is that too muich to ask?
I will contact the dept in our Government that,oversees
false companies and scams people . from what I read here its 100% of all orders.. One can only imagine what the $$ is used for, possibly illeagle weapons.. disgusting company..

Months and months of chasing my order, finally requested a refund and my email bounced back - they have taken their website down. Disgusting scammers - they still have social media presence so I am sure these scammers will reappear under a new site so beware

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!!!!!! I eventually received my bras they shoddy and ridiculously sized so returned, at a cost of £17 … no refund despite email after email after email.
