Great service. I would highly recommend for anyone who'd like to clean their home/apartment.

The cleaning was done neatly and I would definitely use the services again.

Such an amazing job, everything was sparkling!

I will describe only facts no critics no opinion no advises
- Cleaner was on time (actually in advance)
- Cleaner came uniformed of the tasks he had to do although i described them in written. Wasted time to find out how will do the asked tasks. I also exchanged communications with the company which resolved the situation and discounted the wasted time.
- Cleaner forgot minor places but was very willing to fix
- Cleaned actually everything around but I'm not sure he used the correct cleaning products and new cloths. No "freshly cleaned place" smell after finishing which was something I expected.
- cleaner was generally very polite and willing to cooperate.

I liked the deal and transaction process. It's honest and well organized excluding the invoicing process which is slow and possibly ineffective.

I think a just above average is a fair mark.

The cleaner was on time and helpful. I had many heavy boxes to carry and he helped me with everything.

This was supposed to be an English speaking service but communication was very hard as cleaner hardly spoke or understood English.

Cleaning appointment was for 8:30 am, cleaner arrived late and started cleaning at 9:10, forcing us to readjust our schedule for the day.

First thing he cleaned was the windows. When he finished the first two, they were still dirty. We showed him the dirt, to what he replied that it’s just a scratch. We had to take a cloth and rub it to show him that it is dirt and not scratches. We also showed him other dirt on the frame, to that he replied “don’t worry, the landlords don’t check this”. We asked to clean properly the windows and he did that, but this resulted in 1.5 hour spent for 3 windows and he didn’t even touch the outside of the glass that is still dirty (photos available)

So half of the appointment was gone and in the remaining time he didn’t have time to finish what we discussed as priority.

Two stars instead of one because he was friendly and happy to adjust when needed.

Good experience, really nice cleaning women. The only point is i ordered with window cleaning and your service women did not know about it and so she did not want to clean the windows. But she made the whole rest perfect :)

Good cleaning service. There was some issues left after the cleaning but the company solve it. Professional phone customers care especially Anne.

nothing was properly cleaned. Smudges on the windows and remains of the dust, smudges all over the metal elements. Would not recommend.

Great customer service, nice people, service was on time, and it was a careful thorough cleaning.

Had to reschedule because first cleaner didn't come at appointed time. 2nd time with Didiane was OK. Friendly and was courteous letting me know where she was going to clean and to let me know if it was going to be noisy.

Awful, the service asked hasn’t not been honored. There is absolutely no professionalism in this company either for their so-called “professional cleaner” and support team being incompetent. I paid the deposit and that’s pretty much everything I’ll pay. I even shared the proof that the “professional cleaner” left before the scheduled time and still (2 hours before because she called me twice insisting for me to “check”) I received an overpriced bill and moreover as already stated the service asked hasn’t been fulfilled (pictures also provided)

I see you are trying to justify yourself, sure I won’t assert that nothing as been done, let me elaborate:
- the “cleaning professional” took a sh**t and didn’t clean after herself (picture provided)
- the floor hasn’t been properly vacuumed before cleaning the floor
- the windows hasn’t been properly clean (still a lot of trace, polishing?)
- the cooking panel haven’t been cleaned
- kitchen sink somehow not clean
- oven interior door do even try to clean it and point out to my partner that “it didn’t go away” ; sure it took me 15min to manage to do it, the “professional cleaner” had 6,5hours to figure it out as the bill I received pointed it out.
- the left over of lime stone in the bathroom has been simply UNTOUCHED, I cleaned it before myself so I pretty much knew how I left it and this was already quite decent (picture provided)
- the floor still contains stains since it has been just passing a mop over it and not actually scrubbing the very little places that needed it
- the cleaning was suppose to be at 13:30, the “professional cleaner” arrived down to the building without any kind of equipment at ~13:00, because I met her and open the door because this person was trying desperately to open the door, then when I went back, this person was still lost in the lobby, then I went back to the apartment getting the last cleaning stuff I left there, and when I went down to the lobby to leave (~13:10), this person went to me and showed me her phone, this person was not speaking a word of English, I saw my name on her phone and I had already a bad feeling about it, she “talked” to me english sign language, that she wanted me to give her access to the apartment, I said this is not 13:30 and I was in the middle of something, then I left, I came back for 13:25, the “professional cleaner” was stuck outside of the building again but this time with cleaning equipment (not professional equipment at all, let’s point the facts, I have pictures of it too since it has been left near by the door of the apartment the all night after the pseudocleaning. What was the cleaning schedule: starting 13:30 ending 19:00, 6,5 hours, before leaving the apartment the “cleaning professional” tried to say to me that I’ll be phone called when it’s done. At 17:00 when actually being busy, I received the phone call, saying “done” “you come”, I said “my girlfriend will come but you will have to wait since this is actually not the time planned too, indeed my girlfriend was in a meeting and had to cancel it to check that the “cleaning has been done”, but she didn’t come fast enough to the apartment since your “cleaning professional” called me a second time exactly 14min later to ask me to come again to check. My girlfriend went there saw the cleaning that was not quite satisfactory, but what to say to a person that does not speak english and that every time my girlfriend point out something that wasn’t right she said kinda that “she did a best and that it doesn’t go away”, that is a lie since I fixed it today.

So yes sure I won’t assert that nothing as been done, the only thing that has been done were vacuuming the drawers, well done.

The support team? Which support team, I gave the timeline, you were not able to make it on time, end of the story and instead and of trying to understand it, I just received a mail telling me:

That points enough the obvious.

we are truly not satisfied with the cleaning and communication. we chose the move-out cleaning option believing that we will be provided with detailed cleaning however there were many areas left dirty and our landlord was not happy with that so we had to ask for second day of the cleaning. The people worked in the apartment also spoke to the landlord and they mentioned the status of the apartment before they cleaning, so our landlord is stating “ The cleaning company confirmed to me that the apartment looks catastrophic”it is her wording in her email to us today, we can provide you with the emails if needed. This should have taken professionally. We are having major trouble with our landlord due to this.

They are friendly professional and hard working,
They work very well, they finish before their time and they work very clean and shiny. They deserve more then 5 Stars

Spic and span have good team work they do neat and clean work.
