Fraud cleaning company.
First of all there one worst service providers specially in cleaning industry.
They never pay there people according to standard payment in local area.
Their cleaners dont know ,any protocol to perform cleaning as they are not trained.
Pls avoid any hassle book this cleaning company as there completely fraud.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that after your landlord contacted us, the rating for your booking was changed to negative. We appreciate that move-out situations can be stressful and that expectations can vary between tenants and landlords.
It’s important to note that other cleaning teams perform the tasks as booked online and within the allocated time. Any additional or specific move-out requirements, such as defrosting the freezer or following a landlord’s checklist, need to be clearly included in the booking instructions.
At the time of your booking, the service was rated 5 stars, reflecting that the tasks requested by you were completed. Our role is to ensure the cleaning team fulfills the service requested by the tenant. While we strive to accommodate special requests, we are unable to enforce additional landlord-specific requirements unless they are formally included in the booking.

Multiple surfaces not clean
Glass/mirror surfaces not clean, countertops with streaks, floors and stairs with streaks and bits left, stains on kitchen drawers that show they obviously weren’t cleaned. The bathroom floor in one bathroom still had a pool of residue where they didn’t clean. I paid for 2 workers with 9 hours of time each for a 180m2 home. The landlord went for a walkthrough the next day and filed a complaint to be compensated from my deposit for having to hire another cleaning company.. which means I’ve paid for it twice.

Five Star service
I ordered the cleaning service online for my anut. She was so sick hadn’t cleaned the home very long time ago. She was so happy for the new cleared apartment and died the day after. The girls from this company did a greatest job with care. Thank you so much!

Cleaning quality is low
It was good experience. Cleaning person was really nice. But quality of cleaning is not so ok. Cleaning solvents were not so ok. Some yellowish part at some places could not be cleaned. Increase best cleaning solvents.

This is fraud and robbery
I booked a 4 hours cleaning for 40 m² as the website recommended. But they use 10 hours in total to clean 40 m². Spent 5 hours to clean a kitchen. This is fraud and robbery.
