Spencer Lockwood Solicitors Recenzje

Chose SL to sell our house following a recommendation from Money Supermarket. Monika was lovely, very supportive and helpful. We are really pleased with the service received.

It is a great company, with fast service and Reasonable fees.

Thank you, Nitesh, for the tremendous support throughout the purchasing process

We picked SL to sell our property based on Trust Pilot reviews and we weren’t disappointed at all. All the staff we spoke to were lovely, Maria was very friendly and explained everything we didn’t understand in simple terms so we knew exactly what was happening at each stage. We trusted her and her knowledge completely. She was always quick to respond as well and was very easy to contact. I would highly recommend and I would definitely use their services again.

Switched to Spencer Lockwood having experienced some complications with another firm. Was then handled by Demisha, who was extremely helpful and swift. Very professional the whole way until completion. Thank you

Not having moved for 23 years our previous conveyancing solicitor no longer existed. I needn't have worried Nitesh Rewatkar of Spencer Lockwood was absolutely brilliant, nothing was ever too much trouble and everything happened when it should have and was smooth up until completing.

Thank you Monika for being super efficient and kind, our transactions were most professional from start to finish and we highly recommend you to others.

We just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to Monika who completed the sale of our leasehold flat, it was not a straight forward transaction by any means (ground rent, help to buy settlement & building safety issues + uncooperative freeholder).

We really appreciated the great communication from Monika on this matter and her determination to get this tricky sale concluded.
Often getting emails well after hours to get things resolved for us.

Now that we have moved into a freehold house I hope we never have such a rough time selling again, but … if we ever need a conveyancer we’ll be picking up the phone to Monika!

RECOMMEND

Thanks again,
Oliver & Zoe

We found Spencer Lockwood Solicitors through our broker so we did not know what to expect. However, we are so grateful and happy for the service! A big thank you goes especially to our case handler Monika Galuszka who was extremely efficient and prompt! The communication was great, we always got the answers quickly. We cannot thank her enough but we are sure we will use her service again if we want to buy another property. 10 stars out of 5 for sure! Thank you so much for your hard work!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Emad from Spencer Lockwood Solicitors for re-mortgaging my property, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the initial consultation to the final paperwork, every step of the process was handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency.

For me, my solicitor was always able to answer questions for me in an approachable and understandable way.

I always liked the way that she was able to explain what was going on, and what were the next steps, without getting hung up on jargon. It made the process much less stressful, and enabled me to concentrate on other things - I didn't often have to get involved because I knew that my solicitors had it covered.

As the title says, they asked detailed questions of the other side, and were diligent in getting good answers (not always the answer you want, but that's part of being diligent).

Well done, and thank you.

Referred by our broker for a FTB flat purchase. Nitesh was great, very efficient, friendly and thorough. We completed within 8 weeks. Nitesh thanks again!

We have just completed on the sale of our house. I can honestly say I would 100% recommend Spencer Lockwood Solicitors. Monika Galuszka has been brilliant, she has been so efficient with keeping us informed every step of the way. At one of the most stressful times Monika has made the whole process a lot easier 😊

I would highly recommend Spencer Lockwood solicitors. They were really on the ball with my recent remortgage, keeping me updated every step of the way. Their communication was great and they always came back to any queries I had really promptly. A special thanks to Emad who handled our remortgage. I would definitely use them again.

Great communication at every step of the way. Emad responded quickly to emails and was also available to answers my questions on the phone.
Excellent service for a reasonable fee.

Although miles away from where I live whenever I needed to make contact I was always able to speak to Demisha. Questions were always answered and I was kept upto date with progress. Thank you Demisha

Demisha Vaughan was extremely friendly and efficient. We got your company from the internet rather than go with a recommendation so did take a chance but so happy that we did.
Thank you Demisha, if we need a solicitor again in the future, we will definitely be back.

Very grateful to Monika Galuszka at Spencer Lockwood solicitors for the work she’s put in during my property purchase. As a solo first time buyer I don’t think I could’ve had a better experience working with any other solicitor as it was a very long and turbulent journey, but we got there in the end! Great communication and was always on hand to chase up all parties involved. Couldn’t recommend her enough, thank you again.

Very professional and friendly service.

I found Spencer Lockwood on the internet after receiving very high quotes for my house sale. I was quoted an extremely competitive quote and decided to use them. The sale was mainly dealt with online which was perfect for me. They dealt with every part of the process efficiently and provided an excellent service all the way through. I will definitely use Spencer Lockwood in my next house venture. Thank you Jasmeet Barta for your excellent service throughout

The Spencer Lockwood team were great at handling the sale/purchase of my property. Prompt responses and helpful.
