Emma advised me on a Transfer of Equity engagement and I found her to be knowledgeable, professional, and timely in all aspects of the engagement. We had to work with Help to Buy as part of the ToE and despite the multiple delays and challenges we faced from this department, Emma made our deadline work. This was possible only because Emma worked around the clock and over her weekend to finalise the HTB documents which was very appreciated, and I think a rare quality in a conveyancer - she really went the extra mile.
