Unusable Barcodes & No Customer Support – Refund Request Ignored (Order #310658)
I recently purchased 3,000 barcodes from Speedy Barcodes (Order #310658), expecting them to work on Google Merchant Center and Amazon. However, after purchasing, I discovered that these barcodes are not accepted on these platforms because they are not GS1-verified under my business name.
As soon as I realized this issue, I immediately submitted a cancellation request without using a single barcode. I also contacted Speedy Barcodes multiple times via email and their website, yet I have not received any response from their support team.
Since these barcodes are completely useless for my business, I am now left with a product that I cannot use. I am requesting a full refund for a service that I did not and cannot use. If Speedy Barcodes continues to ignore my request, I will have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank.
I urge Speedy Barcodes to take responsibility and issue the refund immediately. Otherwise, I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing barcodes from this company if they plan to use them on Google or Amazon.

Speedy barcodes seems very legit
Speedy barcodes seems very legit. They sent me one free barcode which I appreciated. Unfortunately, though, amazon will not accept it. Amazon ties into the database that says what product it is. So speedy barcodes will not work for my amazon efforts. If I ever just need barcodes for some other reason I'd try speedy for sure.

After reviewing with our credit card merchant, it shows that you attempted to use one card three times. Each time, the issuing bank for that card declined the transaction, providing a message that you need to contact the issuing bank directly.
No charges were processed against the card, as none of the transactions you attempted were successfully completed. When you attempt to make a purchase with a credit or debit card, the transaction amounts are automatically marked as pending transactions. If a charge is never fully processed, the pending transaction amounts are typically removed from the card account within a few business days, depending on your bank's policies.
If you believe a charge went through successfully (and not just as a pending charge), you are welcome to email a screenshot of the transaction to sales@speedybarcodes.com. Please ensure the screenshot clearly shows the charge details. Upon receiving this, we will contact our credit card merchant to investigate the transaction. If we confirm that a payment was successfully processed and received, we will gladly add a barcode number package to your account for the amount of barcode numbers purchased.
