I had my first appointment with Mahin Shah last week which was an assessment.
I am looking forward to my first session as I feel confident after the assessment that it will be very beneficial.

Recently had a physio appointment in Rathmines with Anna and it was fantastic. She's an amazing physio, great demeanor and very easy to talk to about the issues I had. Had great treatment from her and she sent on the exercises discussed instantly to me.

I’ve attended the clinic recently, and wanted to take a moment to thank Matthew Smith for his professionalism throughout the process. I was made feel fully comfortable and reassured in everything. Thanks for your professionalism, Matthew. You’re a credit to the firm.

I attended the Malahide branch and was bit anxious. It was my first time visiting a podiatrist and what a nice young man, I felt at ease from the start, and I would gladly recommend and return. Thank you for a very pleasant appointment.

Attended at Ennis Road, Limerick clinic. After recovery from double fracture and six sessions of physiotherapy, have had persistant pain and chose to try physiotherapy at Spectrum Health. Had my first session last week with Mahin Shah who was absolutely amazing with healing hands and gentle reassurance that I could progress my recovery. He has given me exercises with videos which are really helpful and I have my second appointment with him next week. I have made an appointment for a family member who is looking forward to getting support and relief from persistent back pain. Many , many thanks Mahin.

Nervous going in but at ease very quickly, Denise was very helpful and understanding, was in a lot of pain but she was very good, excellent advice for future care. Will be back, I know where to go now.

An excellent appointment to go to. I had been once before and really, its so relaxed and friendly.

After getting an appointment with Sean regarding pain in my leg, I felt relief after that appointment. He listened to me and gave me exercises to do which helped greatly. I’m now pain-free and would 100% recommend him

Hi, I recently attended the Spectrum Health clinic in Meeting House Square with my son James who had several verruca on both feet. He was treated by Matthew Smith who did a fantastic job in reassuring James that the procedure would not hurt. Both feet are healing nicely now.

I've had rotator cuff injury for a number of months now. I had to look for physiotherapy and Spectrum health has made a huge difference to my progress. Aanal, the physio has devised a Programme for me that has improved my mobility, and reduced the persistent pain levels. I'm now looking forward to a full recovery. Matt

Excellent consultation regarding muscular neck pain starting with investigation, explanation of exercises and treatment and then 2 physio sessions with final one being intensive.
Dipo was excellent and I left the consult feeling a lot better. 5 star facility and staff.

Helpful but wouldn’t cut my nails short as usual

Visited with foot issue. Callous and nails. All fixed quick and clean. Got great tips about extra care for my feet. Would go again. Note : do not turn up too early - you have to wait until your "time" starts.

Great diagnosis and a recovery programme that worked so well. He even went to the trouble of both printing exercises and emailing them to me also.
Great advice for people who are stuck in a seated position for long periods of time at work.
Would highly recommend this physiotherapist and practice.
