Attended the Drumcondra clinic yesterday with podiatrist. Very pleasant experience. Sylvia was excellent. Very professional and a lovely manner. My feet feel great! I will be going back.

Had my appointment in St James's Gate,very efficient and the lady that looked after me was so pleasant and thorough in what she did.

Very helpful receptionist and podiatrist.

Ines in your Rathmines site did an exceptional job and talked me through everything she was doing and constantly checking to see if I was okay. Highly recommend

Have attended Ciara on several occasions. She alway does a great job . Highly recommend her. I don’t mind having to wait for an appointment , as she does a great pain free job.

I attended the chiropodist in the Navan Road at the end of April. Very poor experience:
1) very difficult to get in to the appointment as the door closes at 5pm and even if you buzz them no one answers - you have to hope someone leaving the building will let you in
2) The appointment was changed a week beforehand so I did not know who I was getting
3) The older lady that dealt with me was waiting on approval from Irish authorities (was from NHS background). While she was a nice person - her skills were poor. I had to clip my own nails a few days later, took off very little hard skin and was painful while removing corn

Firstly it is easy to book online and the booking is in your calendar in minutes.
My booking was with the chiropathy department and my booking time was met at the exact time booked.
Payment was simple and invoices were issued immediately.
I'm booked in again.

Service to elderly man refused due to doctor's religious reasons.

Aline in Drumcondra was so good. Her professionalism, helpfulness, positive demeanor, and expertise made my visit very positive.

I have had a disgrace of a Patient Services Deputy Manager Danielle Reid email me that I have to pay AGAIN for an appointment I already have paid for. Why? Because I had a past appointment almost 2 months ago that I purposely cancelled by not prepaying as if you don't prepay 48 hours before your appointment gets cancelled automatically.This Danielle Reid uses that as the excuse that my upcoming appointment that I have already prepaid for is actually not paid for and Im paying for this cancelled appointment that was 2 months ago because she is lying insisting that I didn't attend this imaginary appointment when in reality there is no appointment because its cancelled I didn't prepay.Whats incredible is she in this email has the audacity I quote 'Please note that payment must be received at least 48 hours in advance to confirm this booking.If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will be cancelled.She has the audacity to accuse me of cancelling 'minutes before the scheduled time' as it seems to me another excuse to force me to pay double when I was the one that got cancelled on very short notice by my clinician.

Another issue was the incompetent, unprofessional agents through the Spectrum Health phone number.I had to waist 3 and a half hours of my time because the names of Adayama ,Ada ,Isha don't work.They had me on the line for 40 minutes twice and 20 minutes 3 times then I would eventually hear an Ai saying goodbye and get hung up on when other agents pick up 1-3 mins.When they finally picked up they would then hang up on me I ring another 10 times they pick and I ask 'why are you taking forever to pick up' they simply lie 'we are busy' because I used 3 different phones and they would pick up in a few mins until they recognise me voice and hang up

I was very pleased with my recent visit to Spectrum Health, as I have been on many occasions over the years.
David, like Aline previously, was very reassuring as he completed a comprehensive check of my general wellbeing and followed this by an equally careful and detailed check of my physical mobility and area(s) of pain or discomfort.
His hands-on treatment relieved my discomfort, and the set of exercises he provided are wonderful in their clarity and positive effect.

Very helpful and responsive and accommodating for appointments but most of all it’s Shyne - he just makes it a very good experience and I consider myself lucky to have him.

Sylvia is very professional and proficient at her job .Sylvia always is very pleasant.I am always very happy with her care .

Went for pre op assessment and then 2 post op follow ups which is when things went downhill. I had significant complications with my spinal surgery leading to 2 month ICU stay and 2nd surgery to repair a CSF leak/pseudomeningocele. The physios were lovely but had no idea on how to advise me. One advised squats (I could barely stand due to being bedridden for so long) and the other massaged the area for a while (after I told her the repair area was extremely delicate and wasn't meant to have any pressure put on it). When I went back to neurosurgery after the 2nd visit I had deteriorated so much and was in so much pain my surgeons couldn't believe the advice I had been given. When I contacted Spectrum Health they sent a snotty email and refused to refund. I also sent a video showing how my 'exercise plan' uploaded to the app consisted of a series of dog training exercises- to which they never responded. I have since received prompt physio on the public system completely free with completely different advice. Disgraceful company.
