While they are a legit company with decent customer support and service, they are just resellers of taobao or chinese made red dots.

They also put up fake reviews in their websites which is abit unethical and annoying.

Only buy from them if youre in the USA (to avoid shipping + tariffs) but other than that, find your stuff in other websites like taobao or ali

Quality of the products was great, an IR laser copy of the MAWL exceeds power needs, and holds zero. NVG focus caps are great quality.

Specsprecision, a real good store that sells beautiful affordable sights to make the "tools" look fancy and tacticool. I would buy from Specsprecision again.

Compared it to the RS Vudu, and glass clarity is almost as good. Overall finish of the scope is decent.
Got the FDE version, but it came with the wrong reticle, and placement of the reticle is a bit off center.
Also, the zoom adjustment is loose so might not hold zero

Very good customer services

Order was late by over a month, never received it in the end.

I placed an order for a Spec precision RCO 4X32 Riflescope. Paid in full $180, with a listed delivery time of 2 weeks. Order number US2506066252

3 weeks pass by, and I have nothing in the mail, no follow ups, and a the only thing I have to go on is a hard to find tracking number, so I check shipping. Package had been stuck in customs for over a week, then declared possibly lost. I email customer service and get a run around, being told to wait another week for customs to fix the issue.

I wait 1 week and my lost package is still lost, so I email customer service to get a replacement. My part that I ordered is supposedly not in stock, even though the website says it is, and I was offered a replacement, that was also cheaper that what I originally purchased at that. Despite being offered a lower value replacement, I agreed to the terms and I was told that they would punch it in, with a new tracking number.

Another week passes and I didn't get a tracking number. I email support again, and was told that the person who was responsible for my replacement NEVER PUT THE ORDER IN.

I had to email the same info AGAIN to get my replacement placed again, and I was told that THERE WAS NO STOCK OF WHAT I ORDERED.

6 WEEKS OF WASTED TIME.

And I still didn't have my purchase. I was extremely frustrated at this point, so I requested a refund.

The only part of this process that went smoothly was the refund.

I have no plans of purchasing anything in the future from this store, at this point, if this is the normal experience.

I initially had an issue with my first order and due to the fact our times zones are different it was hard to communicate via email and get prompt responses. They took the time to message me directly via WhatsApp and we were able to get all of my issues resolved. They even discounted my items for my troubles. I have since shopped from this company several times and will continue to due so.

Good prices, fast shipping, what more could you want from a business? I'd definitely order from them again. Products are top notch as well

I have began to use specprecision for my needs in tactical mounting solutions. The price comparison to other competitors is night and day, but the quality you get with specprecision products is near identical if not, better. Customer service has been top notch and though shipping is not quick as it would be in the states, I’m willing to wait the extra days for the cost savings I’m getting.
