Völliger Müll was die Verkaufen, die Qualität ist zum extrem schlecht!! - die Fotos auf deren HP sind 100% Fake!! Die Optik die ich gekauft habe, total verschwommen, egal auf welche Distanz, das Rotpunkt konnte man nicht in Höhe weiter verstellen- also unbrauchbar. Dann haben Sie einfach eine Optik nicht gesendet, mich 2 Monate warten lassen und dann einfach geschrieben, wir haben soviele Pakete keine Zeit um deines zu versenden- ok. die Kohle habens zum. zurücküberwiesen- aber für die kaputte Optik und das Reddot haben sie mir nur Euro 60,-- zurücküberwiesen. Klar hab ich ja gesagt, soll ich das nach China senden mit 79,- -Porto?? Diskutieren nur rum mit einem und haben keine Lösung obwohl ich Ihnen Vid und Fotos gesendet habe. Das Thermal auch völliger Schrott für 515,-- Euro, kann man nicht (ist aber so angepriesen worden auf deren HP) als Vorsatzgerät verwenden.. Hände weg von diesem SHOP!!!

My experience with spec precision was good, I looked up many reviews before me, watched YouTube videos from other people reviewing it and now gave it a try with one of their products. I was attempting to purchase the item but I would it was a slow reaction which was expected but they assisted when I put in a double order. On my end I saw the order saying there was a card issue, and reordered the same piece. They assisted by cancelling my second order. The website provided a tracking number for the package and it arrived as expected.

Felt too much time passed from order to shipping, but customer service was super responsive! Never felt “abandoned”, then when shipped took few days to arrive.

I was speaking with a representative about a return as the item stoped working. Then was completely unresponsive and now I’m stuck with a $500 item that is useless

My initial order, which was in transit into the US took 20+ days, and then was unfortunately stolen via a USPS self service kiosk fraud scheme. However Spec Precision opted to send another free of charge, and the item I received was well packaged and in mint condition. If you're shipping to the US just realize shipping times suck right now unfortunately, primarily due to customs.

I appreciate stores who treat their customers with dignity, so I wanted to return the favor with this review.

Everything i ordered arrived in an unusable/broken form. Every aspect has been dismal from product and tracking to service. Complete waste of time and money.

Terrible service and tracking. Order two months ago, still have not received the product. They have been very unhelpful with that tracking and ru website is not helpful. Hoping to get my money back. Will never order from from this company

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My order got lost in the mail....OK...I get that...not a major issue...but when they emailed me about how to refund or replace...I chose REPLACE....less than a few minutes later I get a "Ok we can refund" email. Like they didn't even READ my reply. No true Customer Service whatsoever....DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE....Spend your money on a place that will actually read your email.

Making the order was easy. Delivery time was okay. And the products are wonderfully. The fitting ìs like the original parts. The function is smoth and klicki.

I have ordered severel Times at this Shop - in there Website and on AliExpress and have to say: the customer Service ist exquisite.
Just the notification about some of the items Not being in Stock could bei better.
But when you need Scope and Mounts for Airsoft, IT IS your was to Go!

Everything has gone wrong from start to finish. I ordered this on December 4th and today is February 1st and I still have not received the item. I have sent an email everyday for the last month and a half and I'm still nowhere closer to getting the item

The product is great, a nice color and it looks really good, much better than the old HW. It takes a little while to arrive, don't worry.

First time buying from Specprecision, everything went as expected superb quality products well priced, good shipping time, with a responsive and nice customer support.

Will buy from them again.

I bought this light 6 months ago it was great quality..now they have switched manufacturers to the cheapest thing you've ever seen does not function....customer doesn't respond to emails if you have problem with product only for tracking information...I wouldn't purchase SPec is not the same anymore
