I ordered a pair of yeezeys for my brother in law and needed it by 3-5 working days which the website promised they will deliver it. I received the confirmation email but never received any shipping details or anything and it has already been pay the given date of delivery... I’ve tried to contact the company but there is no contact number; if someone has one can you please share it.
I’m just really disappointed with them I paid £345.00 for the shoes and I feel like I’ve been scammed.

Ordered a pair of Jordan 1’s that I couldn’t find anywhere else and they were delivered in 2 business days!
Received an email to make sure the sizing was correct before dispatch which I thought was very professional due to the trainers being a gift

They were quick to respond to my emails and stayed in communication over a number of emails which I was very happy about. I also asked them to send the shoes in time for a present and they said they will try their best to do so, and the shoes arrived a few days later in time!

On the page of the shoes, the sizes mentioned UK whilst it was actually US sizes so they should make sure they update that, I accidentally ordered 4.5us instead of 4.5uk because of that, however after requesting, they sent me the 4.5uk size which was £20 more, instead of having me go through the process of refund and reordering which I really appreciate.

The shoes are very nice and I am very pleased with my order and with the customer service I recieved.

I ordered a pair of air Jordan 1 high dark mocha for Christmas
Ordered on the 18th of December after site said up to 6 days delivery time . I was hoping they would be delivered in time for Christmas Day . This didn’t happen . Wishful thinking on my behalf . Never mind I thought . I contacted the company who sent an email saying that I would get them the following week . They never turned up and the email replies to my request were largely ignored until I received one telling me that there was delivery issues and I could request a refund . I declined and decided to wait a little longer .
After more emails from myself and again silence from special delivery ldn I received an email from a separate company telling me I’d been refunded my money .
It seems to me that special delivery ldn never had or could get the sneakers .
If you use this company be very careful .
I’m extremely disappointed and will never use them again .
I have since ordered the sneakers from another company .

I bought a pair of Jordans for my daughter for Christmas and sadly they were too small, so in a hurry I bought another pair in the next size up, not realising I would only receive a credit note for the ones that had to be returned. I emailed SD to say what I had done and whether in this instance they could refund me, as 245.00 was a lot to lose (even though it was my fault). I have received my refund today and can honestly say that SD have been brilliant keeping me informed from start to finish. I have one happy daughter and I am now a happy Mum. Will definitely recommend to all.
