If I could leave 0 stars I would. Says 3-5 working days I waiting about 2 weeks.
They do not respond to your messages 9.9/10 I must have sent tones of messages as when I didn’t receive and they stopped responding I of course thought this was a scam. TERRIBLE customer service. TERRIBLE delivery time.
The item is lovely al though looking down maybe I should be worried they’re fake.
Do not order from this company. You’ll be able to get the product else where with better service and less stress

FAKE JORDANS. They won’t respond to my emails about returns either. Going to file fraud with my credit card. STAY AWAY!

I have written before on Trustpilot about this company I keep getting invitations to buy sneakers from them eventhough I already ordered sneakers for 265 pounds Never delivered, no answer - so this amount stolen from me. Here is my latest mail to them, only fair I put it on your site because this company has to be stoppad, so here it goes:
‘’ Hi - I would love those Jordans if you first repay the money you have taken Illegally from me !!!- see the 3.303.64 SEK you took from me account on 6.4 for the order no 2285 . You have never replied on my many reminders . Both Klarna and MasterCard will be chasing you . I have also made a complaint to the Police.
It is all up to you. If your intention is to continue trading, repay me what is rightfully mine and explain why you have not honoured this order.

I have also talked to NIKE and they confirmed they do not make the
Size I have ordered from you so right from the start your action is
dishonest

It beats me knowing that somebody must be reading my Reminders at your end but refrains from answering. It blows my mind that there are dishonest activities on internet’’
I am in Sweden but isn’t there any UK authority that can stop them?

Amazing experience! Messaged them on Instagram to order since I needed a speedy delivery. They assured me they could have the order couriered next day and gave me a notification when the order was 10 minutes away. Such great service, nice to speak to AND the shoes were awesome. The fit was amazing. Will definitely be ordering my next pair from them

Do not use this site! I so wish I had read the reviews before sending them £250. They promise delivery in 2-5 business days however almost a month later I still had no shipping confirmation. They do not answer emails and the phone number listed is not legit.

I found this website to buy some shoes for a gift but first I came on trust pilot to check out the reviews I seen good and bad ones as any website has I went forward and bought from the website I never regretted it nothing but a good experience, the reply quickly and are very respectful also for anyone who think it’s a scam it’s not they use Klarna which is a trusted finance app I don’t think Klarna would allow a scam website to use them.

If there was an option for zero stars I would use it . I bought a pair of Nikes in the 25/01/2021 for my daughters birthday on 01/02/2021. The shoes were supposed to arrive between 2 and 5 working days. Not only have they not arrived but I have had no response to the countless emails I have sent .BE WARNED !!! I can only conclude that this is a scam company . I will be reporting them

If i could leave 0 stars i would. I ordered a pair of Jordan's costing £465. Shipping stated standard deliver 3-5 working days. On the 4th working day i emailed them asking when my item would be dispatched. They stated it would be dispatched the following day and i would receive my trainers using next day delivery with DPD. The following day i received an email stating my order had been cancelled. I asked why it had taken them 7 days to inform me of this and especially since the previous day they told me my order would be shipped the next day. They responded quickly to emails and were very apologetic. There explanation was i paid using paypal and they did not accept orders using paypal anymore, they told me to re order using my card details only and assured me i would receive a next day delivery service for the trainers i ordered. I again paid a further £465 and the following again received no email. I chased this and they assured me it would be shipped the day after and again this was not the case, this went on for three days and they eventually stopped responding to all of my emails. I have had to dispute this transaction with my bank to receive a full refund. This website and service is a SCAM emails i received were not proof read and appeared to be rushed as they did not make much sense. I emailed them on instagram and they have now blocked me i would not like this service on my worst enemy please save your money and shop elsewhere.
