Good service, excellent product (chrome single dimmer switch) and good value for money.

Week after order, no products arrived and no comm’s other than original acknowledgment of order - now need to cancel the electrician I’ve booked. Really poor - irritates me that these companies clearly advertise stock they’re not holding

Replacement bulb available and despatched promptly. Very well packaged. Favourable prices.

18/10 placed order , rang in nov to see what was going on and had to change product , 19/11 still not received the order . Absolute nightmare let’s see how long it takes for the refund.

False advertising.
Do not order from Sparks Warehouse.
Ordered items on Oct 4 - stated on their website that item is in stock and can expect delivery in 3-5 days. 4 weeks later their website still says delivery in 3-5 days, but nothing has been shipped.
Taking money for items that are not in stock. Highly recommend you avoid this company.

Pile of that stuff you eject from your rectal region..... Order for critical part was cancelled a week after having been ordered, only after it queried with them though.
The explanation was that it was a discontinued hard to find item - yet was still available to buy on their website 🤷🏼
I've lost a week now on trying to find an alternative, all the while with a hole in our wall....
You didn't have the part, fair enough & it was an oversight that it was still available to purchase on the website, you know what, annoying but mistakes happen - but not having the courtesy to advise your customer of these two mistakes to allow for alternative arrangements to be made is poor, very poor indeed!

This company is a scam!!!! Be careful. Its been 3 months and i request to cancel and still haven't received my refund. They are a scam. No product and no refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic Company and great prices and delivery service too. I made an error with my order and they spotted it didn't match the other items and rectified that for me.Really is a good find.

SCAM! It’s been a month and my order still hasn’t been dispatched. I have contacted their customer service team a few times to no response. I believe this website is a scam and I will be reporting them to my credit card provider

Totally let down on delivery. Chased order 3 times this promised for Thursday not delivered finally managed to get a email response as phone was never answered. Will not use again

Avoid this company! As many others have found they sell products that they don't have a stock of. The money is (surprise-surprise!) taken immediately from your account,but don't expect any product or communication from them!

Still waiting for a refund for non-delivered items that were ordered in February!

It's now 23 December and I'm still waiting for a refund, despite providing my bank details. I have had to make a claim through the courts for my money back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

The light bulb never arrived and the company did not respond to my email. Paypal when contacted immediately issued a refund. I have since read further reviews and find the this company has often not dispatched items ordered and paid for.

Be careful - this is scammers! Order # 211221 for SLV track system components was placed on 01-Aug-2025 with committed delivery date to UAE - 15.09.2025. Till now no progress with order. No response by e-mail to my five reminders to update status. No response to refund request by e-mail, live chart, phone . I am lookin to initiate legal claim.

Supplied a difficult to find bulb at a reasonable price. Delivery was slow and communication could've been better over that period. But build was as described, works fine ,so no issues and would use again.
