Awful experience! Firstly showed the product was available , I waited a week after ordering to be told it was actually out of stock for 4 weeks. Eventually received something which was totally different from what I ordered. Been nearly 2 weeks since I emailed to say they sent the wrong product and sent another chaser email but still no response!

Screws still not shipped - placed the order 5 days ago. It’s literally 10 screws. No reply to my email.

Good price, fast delivery and when we realised some items were missing from a large order they were instantly despatched. Very happy

The extension was just what we were looking for. This is the third extension cord we have bought from Soarks warehouse.
The customer service was great. When we received the wrong colour item the correct item was posted straight out to us with no issues.

Took an absolute age to arrive. No response to 2 emails.

Good communication. Immediately receptive to amending my details and chasing my order as I requested. Slow in processing my order but once posted it arrived quickly.

Delivery could have been quicker

My order for one halogen lamp was placed on May 28th.It has still not been shipped and I have received no update of progress.

The light was dented, these things happen. Sent you an email on Saturday, no response as yet. That is not good in my opinion

Was disappointed how long it took to dispatch item was a week before it got sent out but when I received it it was what I expected and fixed my issue Thanks

I gave a score of 4 because for the third time I had to ring enquiring about the lack of tracking info after a week of waiting.
To be fair, once raised, the items were despatched immediately.

Very poor value for money. I thought I’d ordered a pack of 5 bulbs but only got one, for over £12. I bought the other 4 for £5 each elsewhere, exactly the same product.

I ordered 3 dimmable pink bulbs. They sent 3 ordinary non dimmable bulbs. I have emailed them twice and have had no response. I would like the correct items I pad for or at least a refund. I have heard nothing from them.

Feel very let down by the company. Ordered on 19/5, it is now 29/5, the order still hasn't been sent out. Ive now emailed twice and had no response, my latest email asking for a full refund as I have had to purchase elsewhere. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Placed order over a week ago. Order has still not been dispatched; my emails have been ignored. Can't get hold of anyone on chat or by phone. Awful experience - wish I had read reviews before purchasing from this company. Now I just want a refund.

Awful service !!!
I ordered lights and had to wait weeks for them. Never said on their website that they were out of stock when I ordered them.
Gareth Evans was the one I was communicating with, so your email to me saying you have noting on my name or order is just insulting… again showing the type of company you guys really are !!

Then, I was hit with import fees when I finally did receive them via UPS delivery.
Never any mention of import fees being added onto the sales price when placing the order. Again you are happy to take an order with a delivery address in Ireland but no mention of any delivery/import fees that could and would be charged additional to the overall price you guys charged …. Would have bought elsewhere had I know the real price of the order through you guys
Have contacted them a few times since this but nothing.
Stay away from them guys
Better off shopping elsewhere with an honest company.

Slight delay with delivery as they were waiting for stock to come in, but I was kept informed and updated. More than happy with the service. Thankyou
