Great customer service! Lorraine is brilliant and phoning with any updates, and of course the photos are very helpful - before and after the rustproofing. Has two vehicles done this week - my Focus ST and the VW Transporter. Decent price, everything done absolutely on time, and all the staff I met were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I'll be back next year. Very highly recommend!
Took my pick up to get it treated, and apart from the marks when reapplying trays and arch liners, appeared to be a good job, so I took my Range Rover to them for the same treatment. What a silly mistake to make.
The car was returned with paint damage, ill fitting front tow cover and all the height sensors, arms and wiring douced in unseal. I pointed out the damage to staff at the time, and the workshop foreman admitted someone had wiped the arches and bumpers with a dirty rag. Having just had a two stage paint correction carried out just prior, the damage was obvious, but the owners, instead of just putting their hands up, went rogue and made all sorts of comments regarding the quality of work, who I could and couldn't have present at inspection at my premises. The issue remains unresolved, so it's small claims fodder.
If you have something better than an old Disco, take it somewhere else if you want to avoid damage and attitude.

Your vehicle was treated using our standard Dinitrol process, with care taken to protect paintwork and components. When concerns were raised, we immediately offered to re-inspect and discuss everything in person. Unfortunately, it wasn’t accepted at the time, and since then the complaint has been handled in a way that’s made constructive dialogue difficult.
We take real pride in our work and treat every vehicle with the same care and attention, whether it’s a work pickup or a prestige model. We’re confident in the quality of the treatment carried out and always happy to have an open, respectful conversation if any customer has genuine concerns.
