I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. I’d put off getting dental work done for a long time because I was so anxious, but from my very first conversation with Sezer, I felt completely at ease. He answered every question I had, was always there to reassure me, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Having someone so supportive throughout the whole process made such a difference.

I had 4 root canals, a filling on my front tooth, my wisdom tooth removed, and a polish and clean. The whole team were incredible from start to finish. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable.

One thing that really stood out to me was how understanding they were when I explained that my teeth had become much weaker after having my child. Instead of making me feel embarrassed or judged, they completely understood, sympathised with me, and made me feel reassured. That kindness meant more than they probably realise.

The treatment itself was excellent, and everything was explained clearly along the way. I’m so grateful to Sezer and the whole team for making what I thought would be a really daunting experience such a positive one. If you’re nervous about dental treatment or looking for a clinic that genuinely cares about its patients, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you all so much! Where to begin … I had first contact with Sezer who from the get go made me comfortable I was so nervios and put off dental situation for years due to fear 😥 I spent weeks questioning and explaining and with Sezer comforting personality I flew over to start treatment he stuck to his words and was by my throughout the entire process not only has he helped me get my dream teeth I gain a friend from afar . Nothing was to much for him if I hadn’t of had a connection with him from the start I would never have found the courage to go over there it was a huge step and was possible with his help any time of day he was available to talk me through and reassure me best experience was so welcoming I have no regrets during the process and could never find the words to thank this man enough . If you want anything done this is the place to come

Had my treatment about a month ago (24 crowns) - The whole process from first engagement through to aftercare was fantastic. It was managed by Sezer who maintained first rate contact with me throughout - was informative and along with the clinic delivered on every promise made. The pricing was clear from the outset and never moved, X-Rays done in the UK prior so no hidden shocks on arrival. Was picked up from the airport, hotel was good, all bookings done on behalf. Transport to and from the clinic was on time each day. The clinic was clean and treatment was very professional. Results were as I had hoped. Aftercare available in the UK. Couldn't recommend highly enough to friends and family - thanks.

I've always been extremely nervous about sitting in a dentist's chair, and I was also unsure about travelling to Turkey for dental treatment after reading many negative stories online about patients struggling to find UK dentists willing to help after treatment abroad. That's one of the main reasons I chose SouthsideSmile.

The process started with a 3D X-ray of my teeth and jaw. I then had to find the courage to send photos of my teeth, which I had hated for years due to broken teeth, a gummy smile, and recurring infections that antibiotics often failed to resolve. After suffering for over 15 years, I finally decided to do something about it.

As soon as Sezer saw my photos, he was polite, professional, and reassuring. He immediately told me that my gummy smile could be corrected, which was a huge relief. After reviewing my X-rays, he provided three detailed treatment plans. We spoke several times over the phone and through video calls, and every conversation gave me more confidence in the company. Whenever I had a question or concern, Sezer responded quickly and thoroughly.

I eventually chose the treatment plan that was best for me, which included removal of all upper teeth, gum reduction surgery, two bone grafts, a sinus lift, six implants in the upper jaw, four implants in the lower jaw, titanium plates, extraction of several lower teeth, and crowns for the remaining lower teeth. Because of my severe dental anxiety, I also chose to have the procedure performed under general anaesthetic.

Once I booked my flights for myself and my husband, Sezer arranged everything else, including the hotel and dental appointments. Throughout the entire period leading up to the trip, he stayed in contact, answered countless questions, and regularly checked on how I was feeling.

When we arrived in Turkey, a driver was waiting for us at the airport exactly as promised. The transfer to the hotel was comfortable, and shortly afterwards I received messages making sure we were happy with the accommodation and asking if we needed anything.

The following day, I met Sezer in person and immediately felt I had made the right decision. After another 3D X-ray and consultation with the dentist, we made a small adjustment to my treatment plan. The dentist explained that only three teeth could be savedand 2 more implants would be needed but I chose to have them removed as well because it made more sense to proceed with a full restoration.

The next day, I attended the dental hospital for the major surgery. I was incredibly nervous, but Sezer remained with me right until I went under anaesthetic. While I was in surgery, he even took my husband for a coffee and a walk to help calm his nerves. When I woke up, Sezer was there smiling and checking that I was okay.

Back at the hotel, I received detailed aftercare instructions and all of my medication, clearly labelled with instructions explaining how and when to take each one.

To my surprise, the next morning I had only minimal swelling and absolutely no pain. The dentist was very pleased with my healing during my follow-up appointment. Shortly afterwards, I had my temporary teeth fitted, and for the first time in years I could smile confidently again.

Every appointment was organised perfectly, with transport always arriving on time. The level of care, communication, and support throughout the process was exceptional.

When it was time to return home, saying goodbye to Sezer was genuinely emotional. Over the course of the trip, my husband and I had built such a great relationship with him that it felt like we had known him for years. Even after we landed back in England, he messaged to make sure we had arrived safely and reminded me that he was always available if I needed anything.

This is only the first stage of my treatment, but I can honestly say that choosing SouthsideSmile was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The care, professionalism, and personal support I received were outstanding. Sezer and the SouthsideSmile team will always hold a special place in our lives, and I can't wait to return for the next stage of my treatment.
