The booking process was very clear and easy to use. Confirmation received very promptly with clear instructions of what to do and directions to the site. A follow email received a couple of days prior to departure. Very quick transfer to the cruise terminal and minimal wait for pick up from the ship back the car. I will definitely use this service again, staff very helpful and friendly. Thank you it was all very easy and straightforward.

Booking process, location, price and staff are all good.
Unfortunately they are let down by poor organisation where cars are stacked up outside on the drive in the same place that people have to wait with their luggage and the pick up buses have to get to. There seems to be no queuing system so it was a scrum every time a bus turned up. Be prepared for a long wait for a bus as the trip to the ship takes at least 30 minutes each way due to heavy traffic (was a weekend for us) and there are only 3 small buses

Waited 1 hour for transfer to cruise ship - they ended up calling taxi which never came. Also late for pick up. Unprofessional and shoddy organisation I would 100% NOT recommend.

Left one bag in the car only realised on getting to the case drop off at qe2 terminal . Special thanks to Steve who quickly recovered it from our already parked car. Great service

I had an excellent experience with this company. Drop off and transfer pre cruise, and collection on the way home were extremely smooth with minimal waiting. I would definitely use them again.

Friendly staff, but quite a long transfer and lots of waiting for the bus!

We have never used airport or cruise parking in the past, as you hear such horror stories, but after reading other reviews on this company, we decided to give it a go.
We are really pleased we did! From booking online, having to speak to them to change vehicles, on the day of the start of the cruise and when we returned, everything was easy, quick and hassle free.
As soon as we arrived, we checked the car in and was straight away taken to a minibus to be taken to the port.
When we returned, we followed the simple instructions we were given and when we arrived at the meeting point, there was a minibus waiting to take us back to our car.
When we got back to where we dropped our car, it was there waiting for us. There was no damage, nothing missing, it was as clean as we left it and it hadn’t been driven for miles!!
We will definitely be using this company again, thank you everyone at SCPF.

First time using Southampton Cruise Parking and will certainly use again.
Very easy to find and very close to the cruise terminals.
Arrived and was on our way to the ship within minutes.
Upon return we came out of the terminal and got straight on the mini bus with zero waiting time. Upon return to the car park our car was outside ready to go. We were home an hour earlier than anticipated.
Highly recommended.

Entire process felt very disorganised. Unsure if they were short staffed?? Made to wait for an hour as there was only one small 8 seater bus to take people to and from the cruise ship. The young man was polite and friendly but the driver was rude.

First time using this service. I will definitely use them again. Great communication and organisation. Short waiting time for dropping off and picking up. Car waiting and in good condition. Would definitely use again.

No problems and an easy website

Instructions were simple and easy to follow, staff were helpful and polite, easy drop off and pick up from cruise terminal, would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

We traveled from West Yorkshire Found the drop off point very easily and the transfer was straight forward getting us to our cruise port in plenty of time.
On return the same again easy instructions and the car was waiting for us when we arrived back at the office. We will certainly use again

We used SCPS for first time over last couple of weeks. Easy to book, plenty of ( useful ) communication, easy to find on departure morning. Luggage and Family sorted into minibus once Car safely signed for and secured.
On Arrival home and berthed, text to SCPS tell them what they need to know,and text again once luggage collected for the Cruise terminal. Traffic was busy but good contact from Pick up Driver and found no probs . Car there waiting outside for us on return to the Depot all good.
It went very well so Thank you to them and will Definitely use them Again once we have saved up for another Cruise !

Excellent service from start to finish, easy drop off, efficient transfer to port, on return 10 minute wait to be collected, car waiting. Would highly recommend.

Booking on line was so easy, and the best price for undercover parking.
Drop off and pick up by van was very good. As was the driver. Very keen to help move our suitcases even back to our car on return.

The customer service by the on-site personnel was excellent throughout, inc return driver (subcontractor “Pete’s Airtransfers”?)
HOWEVER. it must be said that the building, reception, car park, pathways and impact catastrophically on the customers-perception and confidence immediately upon arrival.
The place looks awful (almost like squatters had moved into an abandoned warehouse).
No effort whatsoever has been put into improving the customer's first impression's or Improving the presentation of this business
Every step whilst on site is a SERIOUS trip-hazard.
I strongly recommend people with mobility issues to consider another provider.
Upon return other customers including ourselves experienced collection difficulty. They seem to use antiquated non-cohesive-system of text, voice messages asking “who and where you are” and “waiting” yet after all that they ask you to shout out your booking names so transfer driver can call the depot ahead of your return.
Then back at depot after telling them again who you are they pass around torn-up scraps of paper with car registration numbers on it because they still haven’t got your car out!
PS Another larger sign needs posting on corner of building would stop multiple drive-pasts I am sure.
Our car isn’t the most valuable but if you are a prestige car driver’s may have a squeaky bum on arrival and throughout their cruise holiday if parked here.

I did not see this company evaluate our car before they parked it however fortunately no damage occurred.

Great parking service. Southampton Cruise Parking is next to the Mayflower Terminal and really helpful. I have used them before and thought I had booked them for this cruise but I had booked Cruise Parking Southampton by mistake. They were awful and cancelled my booking when I arrived. I drove to Southampton Cruise Parking and they sorted everything out immediately for me and were very helpful. Don’t get the companies muddled up.
