Bought a set of Beolab 8000 speakers from Sound Affair. Buying process was very straight-forward, and James was responsive to questions I had - he's passionate about B&O and it shows; great customer service. The speakers were described as 9.5 / 10 due to a few marks, but he's clearly a perfectionist - they were in near mint condition, I could barely tell. I appreciated the honesty. Great experience - I'll be back for more B&O kit in the future. Thanks James for your help.

I got in touch to ask about selling some old gear. Initial response was helpful, including a valuation. But then I was ghosted when I followed up. All communications ceased, no explanation. It ended up wasting quite a lot of my time and I'm back to square one.

I wouldn't normally write a review about this, but since the company directs attention to Trustpilot (and encourages customers to write reviews here) I wanted to add my experience for balance. Otherwise you'd just get the good reviews.

awful company - did not supply item that was purchased even though they had stock and when complained no reply so had to start chargeback.

I bought a Beolab 2 from Sound Affair last week. The service was excellent with very prompt delivery. The quality of the used speaker was very good and was exactly as per the website description. I had a couple of technical queries that James was able to solve quickly and successfully. It's the third time I've bought from Sound Affair and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

Prompt replies to queries and fair price offered for goods. Was polite and efficient and made sure all money was transferred before taking the equipment away. Would definitely recommend this company.

From the first time that I contacted Sound Affair, I knew that I found a reputable and honest company. I had just purchased a B&O 9000 CD player and a set of B&O 8000 speakers from a different dealer. It was only a day afterward that I began watching Steve's youtube videos as Sounds Heavenly. He recommended James at Sound Affair. I looked at their website and was impressed with the information and overall presentation. I called James the following morning and asked some basic questions regarding this music package that I wanted to buy and if this same system was available from him. I was impressed with his knowledgeable and congenial conversation. I knew that he was the person I needed to work with.
I immediately canceled my order with the other dealer siteing a change of direction in my purchase and placed an order for everything I needed from James.

James has been responsive and detailed in every step of the purchase. He detailed the various modifications needed for use from a 220v system to a 110v system and followed through in a very timely manner.
I had several added requests after the music system arrived. Again, these requests were handled immediately and very thoughtfully.

Overall, I want to praise James and his team for their commitment to a model business experience. The quality of the products looked absolutely new in condition. I've already recommended James and Sound Affair to several of my friends for future purchases.

If you're going to purchase any used B&O products, James is definitely the gentleman to contact.

brought some Beolab 3's with the stand that sound affair made them self. I don't know if James is the only one in the company, but he's the only one I doubt with. The Beolab 3's are in mint condition and look really nice with the stands. He also brought my Beoplay V1 and that went smoothly. and as I was local he delivered the speakers and collected the tv at the same time.
