The libraries I bought do not play and despite several emails back and forth Sonokinetic did not offer any pragamatic way of resolving the issues.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht darüber, dass sich in keinem meiner kürzlich gekauften Produkte, Klänge oder Klangkombinationen als solches abspeichern lassen. Als mir das klar wurde, wollte ich die gekauften Produkte zunächst zurückgeben und wurde mir dann bewusst, dass es bei Sonokinetics eine Nicht-Rückgabe-Bedingung gibt. Daher die mittelmäßige Benotung. Es wäre sehr schön, wenn, bei den VST-Instrumenten dieses Unternehmens sich bestimmte Klänge auch als solches abspeichern ließen. Es ist nicht ganz klar, ob dies möglich ist. Von einer Rückgabe, aber auch von weiteren Käufen, sehe ich vorerst ab.

For a week you kept me going around in circles, never resolving the issue. I'm stuck w/ an app (Minimal) that I can't use, because you don't have it in Native Access.
NI disavows having any connection w/ this issue. I will not be purchasing anything else from Sonokinetic.

Sonokinetic had the peculiar instruments I wanted and adding them to Kontakt Komplete via both Sonokinetic's and Native Instrument's apps was easy.

Percussoes do Brasil instruments change their midi note location dpeending if you added or subtracted anything from the kit...This just made me loose 3 hours of hard work improvising grooves...Never seen such a counterintuitive midi mapping in any plugin

This $70 product was useless for our composition. Not having the ability to strike particular notes should be disclaimed on the front end. $5 would be a more appropriate price point for something so feature-less in 2025

The fact that everything went well with the download is enough for me. I got what I expected. The product is good. The experience was good. No complaints.
