Sonokinetic is amazing
The way of organizing the instruments inside of Sonokinetic is amazing. For me, every sound immediately inspires and opens up new possibilities. I find myself in a better mixing position where each layered sound works as a good reference.

Software management well integrated
The software management is well integrated and I could download my purchased of Bowls easily, I wrote back however because the mallet type for rubbed edge was not working, received a quick email about how to fix it by reselecting the title Mallet Type to restore functions and that did work, thank you

Purchasing the sound libraries was simple and smooth. Downloading them into NI has been another matter - as I'm currently experiencing error messages. This may or may not be connected to you guys, and this the experience I'm having.

Wasn't fully sure how to install the kontakt instrument as the instructions were a bit outdated (Watchmaker) but sorted it out in the end. Great sounds, already using it in a composition.

Horrible
I purchased the Indie Strings instrument and it never appeared in my account for me to download. I contacted support immediately and after four days I haven’t heard anything back from them, even after following up. Now I’m out over a hundred dollars and I have nothing to show for it. Furthermore their website is extremely buggy and keeps logging me out randomly and half of the links never seem to work. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with any software company. Stay far away.

I am very sorry to hear about your experience during our sale.
I have just spoken to our support staff and asked them how this could have happened.
We found out that when ordering, you missed the last 'm' in your email address, so the product ended up in a new account ending in gmail.co.
We will now merge the account so the product will appear there!
Again my apologies, we are a small company and very busy during a sale like this, but still we strive to respond to everybody within 24 hours!
I hope we can make it up to you and make you regain your trust in our company.
It would help me a lot if you could list some of the bugs you found on our website in a support email so we can address those, we take that very seriously and continuously strive to improve.
