Operating from our modern centrally located 50,000sqft distribution hub, we handle thousands of consignments every month, delivered throughout the UK nationwide quickly & efficiently. We focus on performing to KPI’s, providing outstanding customer service whilst working closely & in partnership with our clients. SOLO Home Delivery specialises in ‘One Person’ handled product whereby a traditional 2 person ‘white glove’ service might be too excessive or the product doesn’t fit the requirements of the small parcel networks due to weight or size. In addition to our core delivery business we also offer warehousing, storage & fulfilment as a one stop shop solution. We aim to provide the best possible service, eliminate damages & losses whilst provide high levels of communication across all parts of the journey. With many years of experience & knowledge gained from sitting on ‘all sides of the fence’ we have created a tailored service that we are always aiming to excel at.

were excellent. Rang to say they were almost there
They were within the allocated time. Delivered as requested. Most helpful and friendly. Lovely to meet them. Job well done.

Delivery

Ben delivered my daughters bed this morning, nothing was a problem for him and his customer service was amazing! We need more people like Ben doing deliveries. Thank you again

My bed was delivered by Daniel. Friendly and warm manner. Helpful by bringing it in and placing it where I wanted downstairs. Swift delivery which is alway appreciated.

Late but friendly

The delivery was quite a bit later than the time I was told last night, which was a bit of a pain. When the driver, Claudio, arrived, he took the parcels up to my first floor flat was helpful in telling me the basics of how to construct the bed.
