Blitzschneller Versand. Habe die Sohlen ausführlich getestet, aber bei mir haben die nicht funktioniert und haben Probleme bereitet. Man darf die Sohlen nach max. 60(!) Tagen zurück senden. Das Geld wurde sofort erstattet.

I ordered a pair of jordan 10s on aug. 21st and got them on the 29th of aug. Thats making the label shipping and delivery all in 8 days . The shoes are Heat... legit and I am very impressed with this company i will definetly be doing more purchashing from sole star. Thank you for your awesome service. A-1

I ordered my shoes on July 2 2025. Solestar told me thst I'd have my shoes in 3-5 business days. They said in the first email thst my shoes were shipped on july5 2025. And that I'd receive them by July 16 2025. Now I just get an email yesterday that my shoes were shipped on July 9 2025. And there is no delivery estimated date! I was texting a representative of the company and this person was all over the place among the shippers. If you aren't in a rush to get your product then maybe use them. But I would recommend not using them. I will rate the quality of the footwear once it is received

Ich hatte mir die Sohlen besorgt, konnte die aber leider nicht testen wegen einer kleinen Zwangspause. Als ich dann das erste Mal wieder locker losgetrabt bin, habe ich sofort den Unterschied gemerkt. Super Laufgefühl, die Dämpfung ist wesentlich besser als mit den alten Sohlen, als wenn man schwebt😊 Kann ich nur empfehlen und werde meine anderen Laufschuhe auch damit ausrüsten.

War mehr als überrascht wie sich die Stabilität des Fußes im Schuh verbessert hat. Bessere Kraftübertragung und stabileres Treten.

Pretty good. I was skeptical at first whether the new soles would bring that much change. But have already felt after the first Gravelride and about 60km the clear positive difference. I have from birth on flat feet. The sole stabilizes my foot in the inner area of the pedal so clearly that it is very pleasantly firm and stable. In the front ball area I can clearly noticeably give more force in the climbs on the press down without my foot fatigues. I'm pretty happy about the result, & very happy to know that the sole optimizes my driving experience at all times. I use the black soles.

Sohle ist für 39€ okay, aber ich würde aus der CH nicht mehr bestellen. Solestar kümmert sich gar nicht um den Import. Die DE MwSt. werden auch nicht abgezogen obwohl auf der Rechnung "Steuerbefreit" steht. Ihre Ausrede lautet "Im Ausland kostet die Sohle 39€". Am Ende bezahlte ich mit Versand und Import 90€. Ausserdem ist die Website Irreführen. Wenn man die Sohle kauft, steht "die Mehrwertsteuer ist inbegriffen". Das war der einzige Grund, wieso ich sie gekauft habe. Ich dachte Solestar bezahlt die MwSt. beim Import automatisch. Der Kundensupport sieht das auch nicht ein. Insgesamt nicht konsensorientiert, wirkt auf mich, als wären sie nicht an einer langen Kundebindung interessiert.

I purchased SOLESTAR BLK around 3 months ago, but only after ~700km the insoles were damaged on the surface. Also, the size guideline is wrong (they suggest to order one size bigger for Shimano shoes, but actually the same size would fit shoes much better). As cherry on top, customer service doesn't care about emails after purchasing - I sent them an email with photos of damaged insoles one month ago, but they've not responded yet.

Great product. Directly straight knees line and no numb toes.

At first my feet hurt a little bit due to the arch support, but after 10k the feeling went away and I didn’t had any pain in my feet or knees anymore. I think the sole needs so time to set itself in the shoe.

Just buy it and if it doesn’t suit you, what I highly doubt, send it back in 6 weeks.

Super Sohle…dachte immer es liegt am Schuh aber die neue Sohle bringt wirklich gut Stabilität !!

Eine Investition die sich gelohnt hat.

Top Sohlen - am Anfang ein wenig Umstellungsprobleme, aber jetzt kann ich mir diese nicht mehr wegdenken, egal ob Bike oder Laufen; zu dem Preis gibt es nichts Vergleichbares!

Mittlerweile in all meinen Radschuhen im Einsatz.
Häufig hatte ich in der Vergangenheit das Problem einschlafender Füße bzw. Stark ermüdender Füße nach langen Ausfahrten oder Ausfahrten mit durchschn. hohen Wattwerten. Den Druck kann ich besser aufs Pedal bringen. Und das über den kompletten Fuß und nicht nur punktuell.
Top Sohle. Besser wären wohl nur noch speziell angefertigte Sohlen. Diese hier kommen für mich dem aber schon recht nah.
