Serviced some old panels and an old inverter
I was worried about getting my old panels and system checked in case I got a hard sell to get new systems and panels etc. I was pleased that the engineer was very professional, knowledgable and helpful. Offered several alternatives and no hard sell.

What a fantastic company
What a fantastic company, I tried numerous companies to try and get my solar panel system checked as the meter was giving the same reading as in June but they all stated they didn’t cover my area.
So I rang Solar and spoke to Steve and explained the problem. He stated we were out of his area but that he would send out Mo one of their engineers to check the system. Mo surly attended and found it was the inverter that had failed. His company carry spares and so he was able to replace the inverter there and then.

Solar Inverter replacement.
The engineer was on time and very quick to replace my Solar Inverter.
He helped put the Fox app on my phone.
SMaR were also very expensive and broke my loft hatch.

Sorry to hear about the loft hatch, this has not been reported to us otherwise we would have had this fixed for you, one of the team will reach out today to have this fixed for you.
The cost of items maybe more expensive than other sole items, we only sell 10 year full replacement/warranty products that all come with monitoring systems. We do not sell the products that are 3 or 5 year warranty as they are inferior products, we only supply the best equipment on the market which is slightly more expensive but much better equipment.
I can also see you have joined one of our maintenance plans which is great news, welcome.

Fox ESS, inverter and Harvi installation
The engineer attended the date as requested and quickly and efficiently installed our solar batteries. He clearly explained how the system worked and took us through the associated app. We later decided to add another battery and they also added a Harvi free of charge so we could monitor the Fox system through the Myenergi app. Our calls and texts are quickly responded to and I would recommend them for battery and inverter installation work.

Quick easy and affordable
Friendly fitter communication and work was excellent. All over (replacement battery and inverter) in less than three hours and works better than before. Full explanation of operation provided after installation.

Extremely efficient and rapid service
Extremely efficient and rapid service. Scaffolding up, work carried out, scaffolding down and all within two weeks of us making contact with their team.
The engineer, Louis, who carried out the work on our solar panels was very knowledgeable. A really polite and pleasant guy to speak to.
I would recommend them to anyone who has problems with their solar panels.
