Louis was really good, he fixed the problems with our solar panels and put in a new monitor. Not only did he do this but he also fixed the monitoring system on our ipad so that we could see what the solar panels were making. An absolute pleasure and very good customer service.

I was worried about getting my old panels and system checked in case I got a hard sell to get new systems and panels etc. I was pleased that the engineer was very professional, knowledgable and helpful. Offered several alternatives and no hard sell.

What a fantastic company, I tried numerous companies to try and get my solar panel system checked as the meter was giving the same reading as in June but they all stated they didn’t cover my area.
So I rang Solar and spoke to Steve and explained the problem. He stated we were out of his area but that he would send out Mo one of their engineers to check the system. Mo surly attended and found it was the inverter that had failed. His company carry spares and so he was able to replace the inverter there and then.
