Linda at Soho Home provided truly exceptional customer service. I had an item arrive damaged and was dealing with some delivery issues, and she handled everything with such professionalism and care. I would like to share my appreciation for the excellent customer service I received from Carlo at Soho Home. Carlo was extremely kind and helpful in resolving an issue I had with on e of the product. Before the matter was resolved, Soho Homes had already sent out a very friendly and professional technician to attempt a repair. Unfortunately the product could not be repaired. However the team handled the situation very well and arranged for a replacement product instead. Carlo ensured that everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and the entire matter was resolved within one afternoon. I truly appreciated the effect, professionalism and care shown throughout the process. Thank you Carlo, for the outstanding customer service and making sure the matter was resolved so promptly. It was greatly appreciated.

After a bit of back and forth, including some disturbing form email from SoHo Home threatening to close our case within 24 hours, Daisy came to the rescue, apologized profusely about the email, and finally resolving our issue and making sure we received the working products we had ordered. This company will not use telephones. Not even between themselves and their own suppliers and warehouses.
You will not be able to speak to anyone like a human being. Only via e-mail and they will go missing for days or weeks.
I spent thousands with them on made-to-order furniture. They lost one of my purchases - and they have completely disappeared.

I had the best experience with Gab on the customer support team! I teach interior design and was helping a student track down technical information for a product they sourced through Soho Home. When I reached out through the online chat, Gab was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to provide product info, even knowing that this was for an academic project and this (very expensive) item was not going to be purchased. It was a great lesson for the student in being thorough in checking technical specs, and a fabulous example of working with vendors who provide excellent service. My sincere thanks go out to Gab for the thoughtful research and assistance!

Excellent service. They respond very promptly and politely to address my concerns. They were minor issues but they handled it like it spent $1,000,000. One item just literally broke that was $30. The email was so kind and professional. Daisy haled me at their office. She is a superstar.

I ordered a bed from Soho Home. The courier company turned up at 06:45 (15 mins before they were meant to). They did not ring my doorbell. I was in the next door room from my phone so did not hear it ringing. I eventually called them back only 5 minutes after they had last called me and the guy said they had left half an hour ago. This was a blatant lie. They have now given another date 8 days after the first one. I understand that I should have been next to my phone, but to not ring the doorbell and then lie about when they had left is not the service I expect when paying £5000 for a bed. On top of this the estimate for the bed was 9 weeks from order. It has been 11 weeks and by delivery will be 12! I wouldn't be that annoyed usually but when you are paying so much its not acceptable. I wouldn't recommend ordering a bed from them. Other stuff comes quickly and is fine.
