Was miss sold as told has built in…
Was miss sold as told has built in speaker when doesn't, took deposit twice when I couldn't afford it twice, waiting 4 weeks for an ex display as they carried on displaying after I purchased, foot of 1 chair was damaged, other chair was wrong material and now been told to wait 6 more weeks for correct one, everytime you want an answer you're told to wait 72 hours for a call back. Failed on purchase for miss information, failed on delivery sending wrong material, failed on customer service assistant constantly told to wait 72 hours.

She was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. All extras explained and no pressure applied to purchase. Chose what we wanted , good choice of colours . Delivery arranged to suit us. All outstanding. The Experience
The sales team were friendly and helpful.
Allowed us time to pick a sofa that was right for us. The store was well presented and you were allowed to explore at your leisure.
The service was great from viewing to ordering.

I wanted to research my purchase and the sofology website was great. Once I narrowed it down. I went to the Nottingham branch where I given the time and attention to make the right decision for me. I was able to try out the features and feel the material. The payment options were explained well. I left feeling confident I had the right sofa.
